Repair /Replacement to security/ periphrery lights and street lights at AF Dett Kargiil and AF Stn Leh under GE (AF) Leh

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and and not exc. 1.5m depth wide in any type of soil for laying electric cables/pipes etc including getting out excavated earth and trimming the sides and bottoms of trenches , complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No. 1 here-in-above but depth exceeding 1.50 m & not exceeding 3m in depth , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the cables have been laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning to under ground cable with clean dry sand locally available with layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying of cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- For payment purpose punned thickness of 18 cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23 cm as mentioned in para 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover LV type-1, flat, of size 250x150x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other in and including taking down old unservicable cable cover, complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Relaying of factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover LV type-1, flat, of size 250x150x40mm taken out while taking out old unserviceable cable, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in benching including whethering slightly chamfered angles and finished exposed surfaces even and smooth including necessary form work for concrete eathing pit complete all as specfied and directed by EIC .

Taking down carefully existing u/s LT UG cable of size 10 Sqmm to 50 Sqmm of any core 1100V grade PVC/XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured conductor laid in trenches/ on poles through GI protection pipe and old cable covers complete all as specified and directed. (Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of BOQ)

Supply, laying ,jointing ,testing and commissioning LT UG cable of size 10 Sqmm 2 core 1100V grade PVC insulated, PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ on poles through GI protection pipe complete including connection of cable at both ends with suitable size of glands, aluminum lugs complete all as specified and directed. Note-Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning, GI pipe protection, PCC cable cover shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

All as per item No 12 here-in-before but cable of size 16 sqmm 2 core.

Supply & Fixing in repair 1.5 Sqmm 2 core multi-stranded armoured copper conductor, PVC insulated sheathed cable for connecting junction box to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair PVC conduit medium grade 25mm thick for running 2 core cable from junction box to street / flood light fitting including necessary fixing arrangement such as MS clamp of suitable size complete with nuts and bolts all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of MCB, SP 6 to 32 Amps - 10KA 240 Volts complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life 150 watt LED flood light fitting made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source with 100 lumens/watt colour ,temperature 5700-6500K and lens embedded PC cover having top opening separate driver compartment with IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 with 10 KV built in surge protection device as light source complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life 60 watt LED street light fitting made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source with 100 lumens/watt colour ,temperature 5700-6500K and lens embedded PC cover having top opening separate driver compartment with IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 with 10 KV built in surge protection device as light source all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life 70 watt LED street light fitting made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source with 100 lumens/watt colour ,temperature 5700-6500K and lens embedded PC cover having top opening separate driver compartment with IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 with 10 KV built in surge protection device as light source all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life 30 watt LED street light fitting made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source with 100 lumens/watt colour ,temperature 5700-6500K and lens embedded PC cover having top opening separate driver compartment with IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 with 10 KV built in surge protection device as light source all as specified & directed.

S&F decorative LED Post Top 360 degree light of 40 watt with IP65 protection, resistant to impact, anti corrosion, glare-free and beffer uniformityall all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make Crompton or equivalent.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 65 with metric knockout for cable entry of size 200 x140x 95 mm fixing on pole / wall with MS clamps / MS flat iron ( as per site requirement) of size 25x4mm , nuts, bolts, washer and glands, including one No of MCB SP 6 Amps complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of Steel tubing light grade galvanised of size 40mm dia laid in trench or fixed to wall/pole for cable protection, complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour in for street light bracket made out of 40mm dia GI pipe light grade tubing 1.2 mtr long bent to required shape including 02 Nos of MS clamp of size 450x50x5mm flat and suitable size of nuts and bolts including taking down old unserviceable existing strees light braket complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of old security light bracket including cutting of welding, if required, fixed to steel tubular pole at any height with electric connectin and refixing the security light on the new bracket on the same pole all as directed. Notes : 1. The old unserviceable bracket shall be isued to the contractor under Schedule of Credit. 2. The new bracket shall be measured and paid separately under the respective item.

Material and labour for dressing of LT panels/Bus bars by excavating the cable loop, dressing of cable properly by cutting the damaged part and dressed with insulation tape, thimble, nuts, bolts and washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix PVC flat twin core unarmoured Aluminium cable of size 10 Sqmm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-22 (8.5 metres long) complete all as dierected and specified by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galavanised earth strip 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5, connected to earthing point of outdoor panel boards all as specified including earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber & RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 40mm thick, with 8mm dia steel deformed (TMT bars) reinforcement at 150mm c/c both ways, 20mm dia GI medium grade pipe for watering , water funnel, including dismantling existing old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and testing on completion.
