Part I M&L for Erecting bamboo scaffolding (wherever necessary) etc complete as instructed and directed by the consultant, note same scaffolding to be used for waterproofing works complete all as specified and directed.

RELIEVING STRUCTURAL MEMBERS:- M&L for Relieving structrural members such as column, beam and slab of their superimposed loads partially or fully by provison of adjustable steel props, frames etc. including providing necessary timber runners, bracing, jacking up arrangement complete all as specified and directed. (Note-Removing and redoing of brickwork, it required, shll be paid separately.)

M&L for Chipping off existing loose, damaged concrete from RCC members of all affeced RCC column, Beams, Slabs and chajjas on the external façade, etc beyond main r/f (if required), Carefully with chisel and hammer, Providing and applying (Rusticide SS Rust passivator or equivalent as approved from the listed makes, to existing r/f bars including wire brushing of reinforcement, cleaning washing of concrete etc complete as directed. Providing and applying two coats of rust preventor slurry made out of "Polyalk Fixoprime" or equivalent in approved makes as rust inhibitor to existing r/f bars as directed complete. Providing and applying epoxy bonding coat of approved make to old concrete area and then applying 40 mm polymer modified plaster in two layers in ratio of 1:5:15 (1 polymer: 5 cement: 15 quartz sand), complete with finishing layer, curing complete all as specified and directed. Make: Fosroc, Sunanda, Seika, Chowksey Chemicals etc.

Providing and laying Super Fluid Microconcrete of approved make for beam bottoms, column, slabs etc. including mixing with 5mm to 10 mm size aggregates, waterproof ply wood/ steel plate shuttering, pouring,temping consolidating curing etc complete, including surface preparation as per Manufacturer's specification and instruction and complete all as specified and directed. Note:1- The item shall be paid as per actual consumption of Micro-concrete 2- Rate includes cost of rust remover on rusted TMT bars, cleaning the bars with water jet, applying anti rust coating, epoxy bond coat on old concrete surface, fixing of new reinforcement bars, before form work and pouring of micro concrete. 3- New reinforcement will be paid seperately as per actual consumption. Make: Fosroc, Sunanda, Seika, Chowksey Chemicals etc.

FILLING AND REINSTATING OF STRUCTURAL CRACKS:- M&L for Opening of separation Cracks at the Junction of RCC and Masonry wherever directed and instructed into V grooves 2" to 3" from the either side of the cracks by carefully marking the areas to be opened up using Cutting machine and skillfully/carefully/chiseling with a well sharpened chisel and hummer as directed including wire brushing and washing of concrete substrata and masonry walls with water jet to the surfaces thus prepared to the entire satisfaction of the engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Moistening the cracks, Providing and applying priming/ bonding coats of slurry made out of "POLYALK EP" and cement (Or equivalent as specified in the list of brands names) in proportion 1:1 to surface prepared as instructed and directed. Filling the cracks/ Grooves by Providing and applying "POLYALK EP" Polymer modified cement mortar (Or equivalent as specified in the lest of brand Names) in proportion of 1:5:15 (polyalk EP: Cement: Graded sand/ quartz sand) on the prepared/ surfaces and finishing it in level with the existing plaster including Hands Packing, curing and making the surface similar to the external plastering using wooden floats/ punch complete all as specified and directed. Make: Fosroc, Sunanda, Seika, Chowksey Chemicals etc.

M&L for Mild steel bars 10mm Dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for Providing and applying single layer uni-direction E-Glass Fibre wrapping (900GSM) over the existing RCC members complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour to new/ old structural steel work and wood work in buildings and workshops including scaffolding in necessary, cleaning and preparing surfaces by solvent, degreasing and derusting by manual scraping bt chemical methods complete all as specified and directed. (excluding primer coat)

M&L for Framed brackets and angle or tees with web and flanges cut toshape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angle, as necessary, gusset plates, rivering etc, n exc 10 kg each bracket confirming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10kg each to be measured under complete all as specified and directed. (Structural Steel)

M&L for Providing and executing Polyurethane Injection system to leakage points and after cleaning the surface and remove any dust, unsound or contaminated material, plaster, oil, paint, grase, corrosion deposits or Algae etc. fixing of packers for injection and seal all the cracks using Nitomortar PE-Polyester resin based repair mortar, injection Nitofill WS60 Rapid foaming and setting resin for stopping flow of water which produces a rapid setting water stopping foam in running water, when the water is stopped the cracks are reinjected with Nitofill UR63-Solvent free two part Polyuretha ne resin. Once grouting operation is completed remove the packers and make good any holes or voids with Nitomortar PE and allow to cure etc. complete as per manufacturer's specifications and complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and carry out waterproofing treatment (application) to basement retaining walls after removing of existing plaster upto concrete, proper surface preparations to remove any loose dust, dirt, laitance, loose mortar etc, after treatment of construction joint, cold joints, cracks etc, pre dampening the concrete surface and application of two coats of NITOCOTE CM 200- or equivalent Elastomeric waterproof coating etc. complete including all tools and tackles as per manufacturer's specifications and complete all as specified and directed.

Part II Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/ surfaces built in cement mortar including raking out joints, bading for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (Fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed..

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed..

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed..

Dismantling asbestos cement / fiber reinforced translucent sheet (corrugated, semi-corrugated etc.) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old Size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius and built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plastering in CM 1:4, 20 mm thick in two coats (15 mm under coat plus 5mm finishing coat) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in walls using Pidiproof LW+ water proofing chemical of Dr. Fixit or equivalent as per manufacturer's instruction and finishing the surface seven and fair. (Water Proofing Chemical shall be measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in ceiling using Pidiproof LW+ water proofing chemical of Dr. Fixit or equivalent as per manufacturer's instruction and finishing the surface even and fair. (Water Proofing Chemical shall be measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Water proofing chemical Pidiproof LW+ of Dr. Fixit or Equivalent.

S&F false ceiling with powder coated exposed GI grid suspension system (E-Grid T-2430 or equvalent load carrying capacity with mid span deflection not exc. 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200mm c/c) consisting of main runner 3600mm long, cross Tee 1200mm/600mm long and wall angle. The main runners to be placed @ 1200mm, the cross Tee 1200mm will be inserted in the pre cut slots of main runner at a regular interval of 600mm to form a modular grid of 1200mmX600mm. Additional cross Tees of 600mm shall be placed perpendicular to the cross tee 1200mm long to finally form a grid of 600mmX600mm. Grid of modular size 600mmX600mm shall be supported by 4mm dia G.I. wire from purlins/soffit with and including 4mm thick high pressure steam cured non asbestos fiber cement designer ceiling board (Density>1200Kg/Cum) of size 595mmX595mm, confirming IS 14862 & Type B Category III of ISO 8336, tested as per AS 1530 part 3 & BS-476 Part 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8, complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and all as specified and directed.. (Make : Everest or equivalent as approved by GE)

M&L design mix M30 grade RCC as in mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed..

S&F Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to grade Fe 410-W (Gde E 250 quality- B) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled sections as in plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to grade Fe 410-W (Gde E 250 quality- B) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350 X 450 X 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting / dado complete as specified including backing coat 10 mm in CM 1:4 incl taking down existing plaster complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying a coat wall care putty 3mm thick on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant wall primer complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls, applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed..

All as per Srl Item 32 herein before but in ceiling

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces and applying a coat wall care putty 3mm thick on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant wall primer complete all as specified and directed..
