Desludging and cleaning completely manholes, inspection chamber etc of any size upto 1.5 m depth including removal of sludge outside MD land, all as directed Note :- mode of measurement shall be volume of man hole / inspection chamber

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast RCC (1 : 1.5 : 3) type A1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab and set in CM (1 : 4) including necessary form work.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) for beams, cantilevers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L form work to sides & soffit of roof beams / top beams rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified.

S&F TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as above item no 06 here-in-before but for stirrups complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of septic tank including filter bed by bailing out fluid, decomposed materials sludge etc. scraping and washing the wall with fresh water and disposal of decomposed materials, sludge etc. outside MD land complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following of septic tanks :- Note 1 - Sludge / de-composed materials obtained from cleaning shall be removed outside MD land by mechnical sewage cleaning tankers. Note 2 - Rate inclusive of clearing away all grass vetetation, saplings shurbs and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth upto 3 mtrs alround the septic tank and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 mtrs outside the periphery of the area. Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise spcifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20mm graded aggrgate) as in coping, lintel bands , hold fast, string courses, water troughs and the like etc.including weatheing, slightly rounded or chamfered angles, throating, necessary form work complete as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor / paving not exceeding 15cm thick below or above GL unreinforced complete all as specified .

S&F in repairs PVC(SWR) pipes 200mm bore dia, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints and fixed for ventilation complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work/stone boulders masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins,arches,pillars cornices, concrete coping etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class-"B" Bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling or random rubble , uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly, hearted built in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 16 above here-in-before but except stones including removal of mortar, cleaning with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Old stone obtained under Item above shall be re-used under the subject items

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrbbing down with water completed all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished with 5 mm thick plaster, both coats to be mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified & directed. (Note :- Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately).

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI Marked

M&L for providing plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating as directed including necessary form work complete

Hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on fair face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 40 mm for granite or trap stone of face beds & joints as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought upto course complete all as specified Note :- Hidden portion of masonry shall not be hammer dressed

Racking out joints/pointing to randum rubble or poly gonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto courses buil in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Raised pointing to randum rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto courses built in cement mortar and pointing to RR masonry with CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coats of colour wash on new or old surface of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description specifically provided for gates, staircase railings, framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild framed works such as angles, tees , channels, etc as in fenching posts large and small gates and grills , gratings and chainlink fenching etc, including hanging gates in pillar with proper pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts ,etc complete.

S&F in repairs of Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and fixing to any of standard rails straining bolts, includig securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed

S&F in repairs of razer type concenrtina coil,9SWG hot galvanised spring tensile wire 145 to 150 newton per square mm, zinc coating 250-300 gram per sqm ,dia of coil when unstretched 610mm minmum no of coils 10 per RM after laying hot dip galvanised razer ribbon tape of size 0.50 mm thick 19mm wide before wrapping of central corewire fixed with 1.66mm thick GI clips 25 nos per running meter and special nut bolts ,hold 'z' coil together and extrra two rows parrel wire of 10 gauge complete all as specified and directed by the EIC and Dismantling of razer type concertina coil with two parallel rows of wire remove of the debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by EIC

M&L two coats of anti corrosive synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer to old or new steel surface including preparation /scraping of the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 100 mm thick for sub base in floor complete all as specified and direced.

Chequered cement concrete tile 20CM x 20CM x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including cement mortar bedding 20mm thick in CM 1 : 4, 20mm thick complete all as specified and directed. Make : Ultra or equivalent

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc and fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hooks bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 6mm thick asbestos cement two piece adjustable plain ridge for corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc and fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hooks bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 4 mm thick APP modified memberane in repairs including removing old treatment over (Inaccessible) RCC roof with the following specifiations :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Apply oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 lit/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with a density of 0.87 -0.89 Kg/Lit at 25 Degree Centigrade on the prepared dry roof surface. (c) Providing and Laying APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non wooven polyster matt with physical propertities as under :- (i) Membrane weight >3.6 Kg/Sqm . (ii) Net wooven polyster weight >160 gm/Sqm (iii) Softening point of membrane > 150o C (iv) Joint Tensile strength Longitudiual > 650 Sq Cm at 230o C & Transverse > 450/ Sq cm (v) Tear strength - Longitudual > 300 N & Transverse > 250 N Direction (vi) Elongation > 30 % (vii) Impermeability under water pressure > 3 Kg/Sq cm Note:- APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10 cm side overlap and 15 cm end lap. The laying of membrane shall be got done through authorised applicator of manufacturer of membrane.

M&L 02 coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting to newly plastered surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed..

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified.

M&L Non asbestos fibre cement building boards 4mm thick fixed / inserted to GI frame work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling of grid size 605 x 605mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling any description and thickness including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises.

M&L PCC 20mm thick type B0, (1:2:4) (12.5mm graded aggregate) in sub flooring complete all as specified and directed..

M&L vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick light shade (Square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors over and including provision of cement screed bedding layer 20 mm thick in CM (1:4) etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 45 here-in-before but light shade but over and including provision of screed bedding 10mm thick in CM (1:3) in vertical surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from the surfaces of exterior walls, parapet walls, chajjas, soffits, beams, columns etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing / scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots including washing down with water etc and applying leakage / seepage proof coating consisting of application of Primeseal primer of M/s Dr Fixit or equivalent chemical of M/s STP Ltd as approved by the GE or one coat of Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (and allowing to dry for 8hrs) under torch dry condition and subsequently applying two coats of water proofing decorative elastomeric coating system Raincoat of M/s Dr Fixit with DFT 100microns or Shalicryl 215 of M/s STP Ltd or Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (the surfaces after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry for 6 to 8hours before application of next coat) including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as per manufacturer instructions and all as specified & directed. Note: The aforesaid treatment shall be got executed by the contractor from the authorised applicator of the manufacturer(s) and also necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for removing/laying of cables complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling including spreading , leveling , watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying HDPE pipes of pressure rating 6 Kg/Cm sq of size 32 mm laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in repairs GI pipe 40 mm, light grade for the protection of the cable passing through road crossing, etc.

Supply and fix highly efficient multi LED flood light 100 watt with pressure die cast aluminium housing, reflector and enclosed with toughened glass, IP65 including taking down old unserviceable MH flood light fittings complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Havells Cart Part No - JETAIRISFLS100WLED757SYMLTG , Crompton Cat part No-LFLN-100-CDL/60 and equivalent as approved of Bajaj or C&S.

Supply and fix highly efficient multi LED Street light 70 watt with pressure die cast aluminium housing, reflector and enclosed with toughened glass, IP65 including taking down old unserviceable MH flood light fittings complete all as specified and directed. Make :-Havells Cart Part No - ENDURAPEARLPLUSSL70WLED757PASYTOPC ,Crompton Cat part No-LSTP-72-CDL and equivalent as approved of Bajaj or C&S.

Supply and fixing in replacement pole mounting box FRP type of size 250mm x 175mm x 100 mm, 3 phase with locking arrangements, lugs and including necessary nut, bolt and clamps of the flat iron of size 25mm x 4 mm comprising of MCB SP 6 Amps, 240 Volts, 10 KA, 'C' series with proper fixing arrangements on pole / wall complete all as specified and directed. Make: National/ Sintex

M & L in repairs for sub main wiring PVC copper cable 2.5 sqmm (02 run & 01 run of 1.5 sqmm) copper conductor 1100 Volt grade multi core multi stranded PVC insulated unsheated drawn through and including PVC conduit and accessories fixing on poles/ wall with clamps, nuts bolts etc from FRP box to street light fiting complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing LT/UG cable from existing wall by removing unserviceble clamps and fixing back by providing new clamps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge for the size 16/25/35 sqmm 3.5/4 core

Supply, Lay, Test & Commissioning cable LT XLPE insulated and screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of Size 16 Sqmm, 4 core complete all as specified.
