Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness(Below or above ground level) un-reinforced complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C1(20 mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L 15 mm rendering in CM 1:4 on on stone surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brickwork.

M&L three coat of white wash on new plastered surfaces including preparation over brick wall surfaces.

Demolition of RCC of any description and any position not othervise provided for.

M&L for RCC type B1 1:2: 4 (20 mm graded agg) in pre cast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminals posts, struts etc for fencing average sectional area n.exc 250 Sqcm with or without chamfered angles and flat splayed rounded or mitered tops as directed and fixed.

M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with MS steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. Make: Tata/SAIL or equivalent

M/L mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape required and binding with ms wire anealed not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as spacified and directed. Make: Tata/SAIL or equivalent

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground.

S/F MS steel post struts fencing post including cutting top to shape,drilling holes notching for wire etc including all necessary drilling bolting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on newly untreated surfaces of steel over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described.

Dismantling old GI barbed wire of any specifications from the existing posts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanized two stranded steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia berb at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured) as in repairs.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping.

Demolition of brick work in cement mortar incl all quions, arches,pillers etc, but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

M&L brick work with sub class B bricks strait or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:4 comp all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standrad , rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type.

Demolition bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons,etc (each layer).

M&L Brick work with sub class B bricks laid flat, in floor or in verticle inclined surface of drain bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3.

M&L Brick work with sub class b bricks laid on edge, in floor or in verticle inclined surface of drain bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3.
