M & L for taking out loose leg (right/left) and re-fixing the same in existing position with necessary run welding of Almirah large complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old damaged bottom leg (right/left) and S & F new bottom leg made out of 20 gauge plain mild steel sheet (MS Sheet), made existing shape and fixed in the same position by run welding including painting with one coat OG synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer by spray machine complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out loose shelf from Almirah large steel and re-fixing the same rigidly after minor repairs by providing new chips, nut & bolts of existing size as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair of existing loose hinges by spot welding and make it functional by providing new steel pin including greasing etc required for smooth function complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out and removing existing unserviceable damaged lock from almirah (Large steel) and S & F new 6 lever steel lock as per existing shape and size with Keys in duplicate complete all as specified and as directed (Make :- HARRISON/LINK/GODREJ).

Taking out old and removing old unserviceable handle from Almirah steel large and S & F steel chromium plated handle 125mm long of existing shape and size complete all as specified and as directed and shown on drg.(Make :- Mowjee or Equivalent as approved).

Taking out old unserviceable/damaged intermediate shelf from its position and S & F new intermediate shelf as per existing shape and size made out of 20 Gauge Plain mild steel sheet (MS Sheet)by providing new hinges and make it smooth functional including applying painting with one coat of OG synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer by spray machine before fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out and removing of old broken/damaged steel of door shutter (left/right) from almirah large steel and S&F new door shutters as per shape and size made out of 20 Gauge plain mild sheet (MS Sheet)by providing new hinges including applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer by spray machine all complete as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting to Almirah Steel large by spraying on both side (outer/inner surface) including legs, door shutter and shelves with applying one coat of OG synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) by spray machine including preparation of old painted surfaces including applying ready made putty wherever required for making good cavities complete all as specified and as directed.

Almairah Med Steel (FD-67M/TP)

Taking out old damaged/broken arm rest and S & F new arm rest in the same position as per existing shape and size made out of well seasoned first class hard wood ‘TEAK WOOD’ timber including applying two coat of black paint over wood filler on all exposed new wooden surfaces after preparation of new wooden surfaces complete all as specified directed

Taking out old damaged/broken seat frame and S & F new seat frame made out of well seasoned first class hard wood ‘TEAK WOOD’ timber with making holes of weaving slightly rounded on the edges and applying two coat of black paint over wood filler including canning with plastic cane 2mm wide 0.4mm thick for weaving and 4mm wide for bordering and 0.4mm thick gola type weighing not less than 6 gms per 10 running meters complete all as specified & as directed

All as per ser item No 3 (d) here in before but back frame complete all as specified.

Taking out old unserviceable top cap and S&F new plastic cap of best quality in the same position complete all as specified.

M & L for applying painting to steel frame of chair CB steel with arms with one coat of OG synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) after necessary preparation of old painted surfaces by spray machine over one coat of redoxide primer complete all as specified and as shown on drg.

Taking out old unserviceable shoe & S&F hard rubber shoe with screw as approved make complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

Chair Verandah (FD-256/TP)

M & L in repairs to broken steel frame not exc 2.5 cm in lengh by spot welding complete as specified and all as directed

M&L for applying one coat of white synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) all exposed steal surface of chair verandah including preparation of old painted surface by spray machine complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old existing damaged/ worn out unserviceable plastic cane/newar from seat and back of chair verandah and supply and fix the same seat and back with new white cane 4mm wide 1mm thick half round (oval type) mat pattern as per trade practice complete as specified and directed

Taking out old unserviceable shoes from leg of chair verandah and S&F new hard rubber shoes of best quality complete all as specified and directed

Chair writing with cushion (TP)

Taking out old damaged / decayed 25 mm thick synthetic foam and tapestray cloth from seat and back and replace it with new 25 mm thick foam and tapestray cloth as per existing shape complete all as directed. (Note : The cost of tapestray cloth should be min of Rs. 290/- per mtr).

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of chair writing and applying one coat of black enamel paint (1st grade quality) on all exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified.

Chair Visitor with chushion (TP)

Taking out old damaged / decayed 25 mm thick synthetic foam and tapestray cloth from seat and back and replace it with new 25 mm thick foam and tapestray cloth as per existing shape complete all as directed. (Note : The cost of tapestray cloth should be min of Rs. 290/- per mtr).

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of chair writing and applying one coat of black enamel paint (1st grade quality) on all exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified.

Table office staff Steel (FD-84/TP)

M & L for spot welding of broken steel frame and drawer of table office steel complete all as directed. (Note :- Each spot shall not exc. 5cm in length and not exc. 2mm in thickness.)

Taking out old unserviceable lock from drawer and S & F new 6 lever steel lock with keys in duplicate and and fixed in same position with smooth functioning complete all as specified. (Make :- GODREJ/LINK/HARRISON)

Taking out old damaged/broken top from table office clerk steel and S & F new table Top in the same position as per existing shape and size made out of 18/19 mm thick plywood BWR grade with 1mm thick decorative laminate type-1 fixed with new screws including providing 4mm 1st class well seasoned teak wood beading all round complete all as specified and directed

S & F new rubber shoes, best quality at the bottom of leg after taking out old damaged/unserviceable shoes from its existing position complete all as specified and directed

Charpoy GI pipe ply top (FD-220)

Taking out old damaged / broken plywood from its position and refixing the same with new 12mm thick BWR, ISI marked, conforming to IS: 303-1989 (size 1950 mm x 900 mm) shall be fixed through screw with MS cleat & S&F stiffners made out of flat iron 40 X 5mm x 900 mm long (each) shall be fixed with GI nuts, bolts, washers of appropriate size as directed between the long rails all as specified and as directed. (Make of ply : Green ply/Kit ply/Century/Bhutan Board).

S & F in repairs 32mm dia ISI medium grade of approved make, long rail for GI Charpoy pipe including removing unserviceable long rail, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Making short rail for GI Charpoy obtained from item No. 16(a) above here-in-before cut in to length and threading including removing of existing unserviceable short rails all as specified and directed.

Making leg for GI charpoy from short rail obtained from item No. 16(b) above here-in-before end threading other end provided with plate welded at bottom and fixed in repairs as required.

Removing existing old unserviceable elbow and check nut each from charpoy GI pipe and supply & fix new GI elbow and chuck nut each to charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Book Case Steel (FD-1028/TP)

Repairs and removing of dents and bents of Book case steel including repair of sliding arrangements for book case and scrapping old painted surfaces and removing existing paint on surfaces with chemical /aerosal spray.Preperation of surfaces after applying putty and red oxide primer and spray painting of book case steel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint .

Removing the unserviceable locks and S&F new steel lock (6 lever brass) of approved quality with duplicate keys complete all as directed by Engg-in-Charge Make : Godrej/Sheel/Harrison

Removing and replacing the broken glass with 3mm thick new plain glass and packing wherever required to make the item intact and to avoid loose fittings .Make of Glass:- Modiguard/saintgobain/pilkington . Note:-Each Glass shall be measured as a single unit

FILING CABINET STEEL 4 DRAWERS

Removing of dents, bends and preparing the old steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as directed.

Greasing and oiling of rolling channels and necessary accessories required for smooth functioning of drawers of filing cabinet
