Providing and applying two or more coats of approved weather resistant epoxy paint of required shade and finish to the existing MS grill fencing all around the Shore Temple premises, after thoroughly scraping and removing the existing damaged/peeling paint, rust, scales, dust and other foreign materials by manual/mechanical means, including surface cleaning, wire brushing, sand papering and preparation of surface; applying one coat of approved zinc-rich anti-corrosive metal primer and necessary PU paint/base coat over the prepared surface; including touch-up treatment to welded joints and corroded portions, scaffolding, staging, ladders, curing wherever required, including cost of all materials, consumables, T&P, conveyance, loading and unloading charges, all labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes, duties and levies, safety arrangements and cleaning the site after completion of work, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, supplying and fixing of 100 watts integrated type solar LED security light mounted on 4.5 metre height 50 mm dia medium class G.I. pipe of approved make and specification, complete with inbuilt solar PV panel, lithium battery, LED luminaire, charge controller and all integrated accessories in a single unit, including cost of 50 mm dia medium class G.I. pipe, pole clamp, mounting arrangements, foundation bolts, necessary fittings, fixtures, wiring connections and allied accessories; including erection of G.I. pipe, testing and commissioning of the complete system, including cost of all materials, consumables, T&P, conveyance, loading and unloading charges, all labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes, duties and levies, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, supplying and fixing of approved make LED bollard light fitting suitable for outdoor/pathway lighting arrangements, complete with LED luminaire, bollard housing, mounting base, necessary clamps, anchor fasteners, accessories, fittings and fixtures, including necessary wiring, cable connections, PVC conduit wherever required, earthing arrangements, testing and commissioning of the complete lighting system; including cost of all materials, consumables, T&P, conveyance, loading and unloading charges, all labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes, duties and levies, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing and erection of integrated type 100 watts solar LED security light mounted on 4.5 metre height 50 mm dia medium class G.I. pipe, including necessary earthwork excavation for foundation, providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete in proportion 1:5:10 using approved size hard broken stone jelly for foundation bed, embedding and fixing the G.I. pipe in proper line and level, curing, refilling the sides with excavated earth, ramming, disposal of surplus earth, and making good the site after completion; including all necessary fittings, foundation hardware, tools and plants, conveyance, loading and unloading charges, all labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes, duties and levies, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing dressed stone work, ashlar face stone work, marble work and precast concrete work for construction of ramp, by manual/mechanical means, including careful removal without causing damage to adjoining structures, stacking of serviceable materials as directed, disposal of unserviceable materials and debris within 50 metres lead, including loading, unloading, conveyance, all labour charges, tools and plants, safety arrangements, cleaning of the site after completion, GST and all other applicable taxes, duties and levies, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5 metre in width or 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides, levelling and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 metre, getting out excavated soil, shoring wherever necessary, and disposal of surplus excavated earth within a lead of 50 metres as directed; including cost of all machinery, tools and plants, conveyance, loading and unloading charges, all labour charges, safety arrangements, site clearance, GST and all other applicable taxes, duties and levies, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete in proportion 1:4:8 (One Cement : Four Sand : Eight hard broken granite stone jelly) using approved quality 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation works, including mixing with approved quality cement and sand, laying in layers not exceeding 4.5cm thickness, watering, ramming, compacting, consolidating and finishing to proper line and level; including dewatering wherever necessary, curing, centering to edges wherever required, and preparation of bed complete in accordance with standard specifications; including cost of all materials, consumables, tools and plants, conveyance, loading and unloading charges, all labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes, duties and levies, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and constructing coursed rubble masonry (first sort) with approved quality hard stone in foundation and plinth, laid in cement mortar of approved proportion, including dressing of stones, properly laying in courses, filling joints, packing with spalls, curing, scaffolding, centering wherever required, and finishing true to line, level and plumb complete in accordance with standard specifications; including cost of all materials, consumables, tools and plants, conveyance, loading and unloading charges, all labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes, duties and levies, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and departmental officers.

Providing and laying polished granite stone flooring of approved colour, shade, design and pattern in linear as well as curvilinear portions, using 18 mm thick machine-cut and polished granite stone slabs laid over 20 mm average thick cement mortar bed in proportion 1:4 (One Cement : Four Coarse Sand), including cutting, dressing, edge finishing, laying to proper line, level and slope as per approved architectural drawings; jointing with cement slurry, pointing with white cement slurry mixed with matching colour pigment, rubbing, machine polishing, buffing, curing and finishing the surface smooth and even complete; including cost of all materials, consumables, tools and plants, conveyance, loading and unloading charges, wastage, all labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes, duties and levies, complete in all respects as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and carrying out pointing on stone masonry work with cement mortar in proportion 1:3 (One Cement : Three Fine Sand), including raking out the joints, cleaning the surface thoroughly, watering, filling and finishing the joints neatly to the required profile, curing and finishing complete in accordance with standard specifications; including cost of all materials, consumables, tools and plants, scaffolding wherever necessary, conveyance, loading and unloading charges, all labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes, duties and levies, complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers and the Engineer-in-Charge.
