M&L for Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5M wide & n.exc 1.5m in depth for laying & removing of cable any sizes and getting out in soft disintegreted rock/ laterite rock complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Returning filling in excavated earth work including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in any strata complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated disintegarted rock soil to a distance n.exc 50m, depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply/ Lay dry river sand /m -sand in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness only will be measured & Paid

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete ISI marked cable covers, class HVP , type- I with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in trench/on wall in repairs GI tubing light grade for road crossing and cable protevtion of the following sizes complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) 80 mm dia

(b) 100 mm dia

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate including use and waste of form work of concrete for pole and stay foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including use and waste of form work for pole coping/ any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick as per IS 3043 of 1987 buried directly in to the ground ( earthpit not less than 2.25 m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts , nuts check nuts and washers of galnanised iron or steel using GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead as shown in electric plate No -5 of SSR- Part-1 connected to earth test point all as specifed or indicated including testing on completion and necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1 :3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, pit, funnel, 15 mm diia meduim grade watering pipe, 40 mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover , wire copper lugs etc mesh, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repairs Galvanaised Iron cross arms channel, bracing, support, clamps etc fabricated structured steel, sections, including nuts, bolts, washers etc and cutting to required length beat to any shape drilling holes, fixed on poles or jointed by means of elect welding complete incl painting with 2 coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces incl taking down / dismantling the old items complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing old unserviceable earth wire and gradle guard of any size form the position, material and labour for providing new GI wire 4 mm dia (8 SWG) on poles to continuous earth wire and cradle guard etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable stay assy complete, material and labour for new stay assembly complete with 20 mm dia stay rod with accessories shown in electric plate No 01 incl stay clamp, (loop insulator, stay wire, excavation and concrete measured seperately) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amps, suitable for 11 KV all as direcetd.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11KV grade cable for Outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size upto 120 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11KV grade cable for Indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Laying in replacement , testing and commissioning XLPE cable , PVC insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable, heavy duty with aluminium conductor 11000 Volts grade (earthed), 3 core 95 sqmm laid in trenches / floor / duct / fixed on poles / through GI tubing in different locations / areas including taking out old HT cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Contractor will deposit the old unsv retrieved HT XLPE Cable to MES Store Yard.

Taking out / Draining out of any condition of insulating oil from transformers of any size/ type/capacity carefully and kept fully secured in seal tight containers or dehydration & filteration process to be carried out in transformer directly through dehdration machine complete all as specified and as directed.

Draining out existing transformer oil from transformer and after draining out the oil, flush out the bottom of the transformer with fresh transformer oil and after flushing out of bottom supplying and filling new transformer oil EHV grade after filtration attains BDV upto 50 KV for transformer 11 KV/433 V complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PVC sleeves suitable for LT / HT ACSR conductor / jumper in any type in R Y B Colours superior quality inserted over the ACSR complete all as specified and as directed..

M & L for preparation of old cement coated surface, cleaning the surface of the RCC pole (HT) 11 Mtr long in 1 / 2 / 4 pole structures above the ground level incl coping area with 2 coats of ACC exterior Emulsion paint over a coat of cement primer after preparation of surface including 12 cm black paint around the pole numbers/letters in white columns all as directed.

Servicing and repairing/carrying out for maintenance of 11 KV/440V transformer including the following works for transformer upto 400 KVA capacity as details here under including the following complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge:- (a) Removing from platform and disconnecting electrical connection from HT and LT side including transporting the transformer to workshop including loading and unloading complete or to be repaired at site as per requirement. (b) Dismantling the transformer, drain out transformer oil, lift the top coper by opening all nuts, bolts with the help of T&P Chain pully , tepoy at site or in workshop as required for carrying out the following repair/replacement works :-

(i) Replacing HV/LV insulator with studs nuts & washers (ii) Replacing HT & LT side bushing porcelain insulator (iii) Brass studs with nuts and washer of HT or LT bushing (iv) For detection of fault inside the transformer in concern to winding defect, any short etc and intimation to JE/ Engr in Charge for further direction. (c) Re-assembling all dismantled parts including porvision of new gaskets, nuts, bolts washers etc , refilling with drained out transformer oil and transporting back to original location including electrical connection, testing and commissioning all as directed Notes : (a) Oil filteration, supply of new oil will be measured and paid separately. (b) All petty parts including nuts, bolts, gasket, minor welding, oil for cleaning, greasing etc any other minor works and material (other than listed separately) required for reassembling all dismantled parts are deemed to be included in the rates. (c) The rates for transport and lifting of transformer by Crane shall be deemed to be included in this rates.

M & L for repair/maint/ servicing of VCB 11 KVA 630 Amps of Make KIRLOSKAR , by expert service engineer from auth firms which includes removal of VCB trolley,cleaning of all copper male & female contacts,applying anti corresive jelly,tightning of all connections ,refixing the VCB trolley to its original position Checking manual/motorise operation of VCB,checking tripping systems, taking out burnt control wiring and rewiring the same with existing size of conductor/wire including internal cleaning, ,tightning of all connections etc complete all as specified and directed.
