construction of 33 KV Katra Gulab Singh bay at 132 KV Substation Soraon, under Electy. Trans. Division - I, Prayagraj. The work includes following works :-

Sorting, counting, shifting of main and auxiliary structure to loading point then loading of galvanized structure on the vehicle at Electy. Fabrication Unit, Naini, Prayagraj. (Man Power nd vehicle provided by contractor at his own cost.

Safe Carriage of above 3.54 MT structure from EFU, Naini, Prayagraj to 132 KV Soraon Prayagraj. (veicle provided by contractor at his own cost) distance approx. 40 KM.

Unloading and sorting of members wise of each structure with proper stacking at the open store or place instructed by supervisory engineer.

Erection of main & auxiliary structure consisting of coloms, beam, mast and peaks. The job include shifting of materials/ nut bolt/ washers etc from store room to the site of erection, erection of structure as per relevant drawing and pracices using flat and spring washers with each bolt matching of holes, cutting, notching of members shall be done by contractor on his own cost to complete the job satisfactory.

Erection of following equipment’s as per instruction manual of various equipment including its shifting from the store to site including other associated works to be complete the job satisfactorily.

Jumpering of equipment by ACSR panther conductor including shifting of conductor , fitting insulators from store to site its straightening , cutting, bending of conductors for making jumpers and shifting of remaining of conductors/ material from site to the store.

Laying of following size of unarmored control cable in the cable trench from the control relay panel to the various equipments junction boxes etc. in switchyard as per cable schedule, its saddling at every 75 mm distance with M.S. saddle of size 25x3 mm including carriage of cable drums from store to the laying site and shifting back of remaining material back to sotre and other associated work to complete the job satisfactory.

Termination of following size of unarmored control cables as laid above as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in the glands plate of box wherever required supply and fixing of cable glands ferrule of appropriate size and no. respectively for each core of cable and its termination with crimping type lugs and all associated work to complete the job satisfactory.

Earthing of Main structure and equipments by 50x6 mm size M.S. Flat (to be provided by the contractor at his own cost) including cutting, straightening, bending, laying 600 mm below ground level by digging trenches of suitable size, its welding with main earth mat including painting of joints with non corrosive paint on flat. Painting of the flats above ground level with good quality breger/shalimar/asian make bus green paint after cleaning and applying one coat red oxidize primer on the flats, back filling of excavated earth, its leveling and proper ramming and all associated works including the cost of labour, T&P required to complete the job satisfactory.

Stringing of 33 KV bus bar with the help of 03 Nos. bolted type tension gun fitting and G.U.I bolt suitable for moose conductor for 33 KV new bay including the cost of labour T&P required for job satisfactory.

Providing & fixing equipment name plate of MS sheet 16 gauge of size 9"x12" with a hole of S/S in the top center for fastening and writing name of equipment colour after painting sheet with synthetic enamel yellow colour.

Providing & fixing display board of MS pipe having inner frame approx size 2"x1" as per drawing including cost of material labour and T&P required to complete the job.
