Renovation of Canal System of Hirakud Dam Project of Upper Huma Canal Section

Clearing and grubbing land in canal slope work including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, sapling and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thick. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantaling and removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead etc. with all labour charges, T&P, B&O.C. Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil with all lead ,lifts and delifts including dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m depth including cost of all labour ,materials & T&P etc.Complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, royalty etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete M-15 H.G.C.B. Chips free from weathered skin surface including cost, carriage royalty and taxes of all materials to the work site mixing and laying of concrete in position and compacted properly with all leads, lifts, sundries, T & P required for the work etc. complete as per the Direction of the Engineer in charge.

Plain Cement concrete M-20 grade with CBHG coarse aggregate 20mm down graded metal of approved quality mixing by concrete mixture and placing manually,compacting with vibrator including cost of all materials,labour charges with all lead by mechanical means and placement within initial leads of 50m and initial lift of 1.50m for mixing concrete including conveyance, royalty & taxes etc. of all materials, T&P, watering & curing, B&O.C. Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

RCC work of M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade hard broken granite stone chips including hoisting and laying with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes etc. of all materials, all labour charges, T&P, watering & curing, B&O.C. Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Plan cement concrete M-25 grade using concrete mix hard broken granite stone chips including hoisting and laying with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes etc. of all materials, all labour charges, T&P, watering & curing, B&O.C. Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD Bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and cost of all labours etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for RCC works including false works and dismantling them after casting including all cost of material and labour in RCC foundation ,plinth band and footings bases of columns mass concrete precast slab etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing formwork for Concrete with F1 finish for upstream faces of dam,spillway ,glacis of barrages,unexposed surfaces of foundation .block joints etc.with steel shutters rigidly fixed and removal of forms and making good to the surfaces where necessary complete with all labour,materials and T & P etc.Complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means and loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface excluding watering and compaction in embankments of canal for al heights including construction, maintenance, watering and lighting of haul road and borrow area etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing fitting & fixing PVC water stopper for drainage gallery as per approved design including fixing in proper alignment and joining with araldite etc.including cost of PVC water stopper ,taxes ,royalty ,cess etc.complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply ,laying and fixing in position R.C.C. 100mm dia NP3 hume pipe including cost, carriage ,labour of pipe etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
