SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - I (Repair of Air Conditioner)
M & L for Gas refilling and charging of R-22 refrigerant to the 1.50 Ton capacity Split type AC, including testing of leak the complete system as specified and as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.
- do - but for 2 Ton capacity Split type AC.
- do - but for 1.50 Ton capacity Window type AC.
M & L for Gas refilling and charging of R- 32 refrigerant to the 1.5 ton capacity Split Type AC, including testing of leak the complete system as specified and as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.
- do - but for 2 Ton capacity Split type AC.
Dismantling, taking down carefully from the installed position and re installing in its original position and testing on completion of proper servicing complete all as directed by the Engineer – in – Charge of 1.5 Ton capacity Split type AC.

Servicing of 1.50 ton capacity Split Type AC including minor repair if required.
Servicing of 2 ton capacity Split Type AC including minor repair if required.
Servicing of 1.50 ton capacity Window Type AC including minor repair if required.
Disconnect and remove unserviceable main PCB/display PCB and Supply and fixing New main PCB/display PCB suitable for existing model for 1.5 Ton capacity Split type AC (Display PCB) AC complete all as specified and as per direction of Engineer – in – Charge.
Do but 1.5 Ton capacity Split type AC (Inverter type)
Do but 2 Ton capacity Split type AC (Display PCB)
Do - but 2 Ton capacity Split type AC (Inverter type)
Do - but 1.5 Ton capacity Window type AC (Display PCB)
Disconnect and repair of main PCB/display PCB and re fixing of repaired main PCB/display PCB suitable for 1.5 Ton capacity Split type AC (Display PCB) complete all as specified and as per direction of Engineer – in – Charge
Do - but 2 Ton capacity Split type AC (Display type PCB)
Do - but 1.5 Ton capacity Window type AC (Display PCB)
Taking out the burnt fan motor from the 1.50 Ton capacity Split type AC and supply and fixing new fan motor suitable for existing model complete all as specified and as per direction of Engineer – in – Charge
Do - but 2 Ton capacity Split type AC
Do - but 1.5 Ton capacity window type AC
Taking down unserviceable blower motor (for Indoor unit) of 1.50 Ton capacity Split type AC and supply and fixing new blower motor suitable for existing model of indoor unit of split type AC, including necessary connections and testing on completion complete all as specified and as per direction of Engineer – in – Charge.
Do - but 2 Ton capacity Split type AC
Taking down unserviceable swing motor of 1.5 ton/2 ton capacities split type AC and supply and fixing new swing motor suitable for existing model of indoor unit of split type AC including necessary connections and testing on completion complete all as specified and as per direction of Engineer – in – Charge.
Taking down unserviceable capacitor from Split type/Window type AC and supply and fixing New Capacitor (50/55 MFD) , including testing on completion etc complete all as specified and as per direction of Engineer – in – Charge.
Taking down unserviceable capacitor from Split type/Window type AC and supply and fixing New Capacitor (60 MFD) , including testing on completion etc complete all as specified and as per direction of Engineer – in – Charge.
Disconnect and remove unserviceable 1.50 Ton capacity Split type AC split type AC compressor and Supply and fixing of new rotary/reciprocating compressor including brazing the suction/discharge lines suitable for existing model following capacity ACs and testing on all as specified and as per direction of Engineer – in – Charge
