Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar including all qoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition in cement concrete ground floor and paving nexc. 15 cm thickness ( below above ground floor ) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement Plaster, any description on Brick Walls or on concrete Surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per srl item No. 6 here in before but except bricks Note:- Serviceable bricks obatined from srl item No. 1.01 shall be re-used in srl item No. 7 after cleaning etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 (Water proofing compund paid separtately) finished even and fair surfaces without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on ceiling or concrete surfaces, finished fair & even w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound mix cement concrete/cement plaster as per manufacture instruction all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : DR. FIXIT PIDE PROOF LW, CICO, FOSROC.

Preparing Newly Plastered Surfaces of walls, cornices etc and applying two coats weather proof paint over a Coat of approved primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for newly plastered surfaces of walls and cornices and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint over one coat of priming paint plaster coat in camouflage pattern all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, design, fixing and commissioning of Electrically Operated drive unit type to existing rolling shutter having opening of 9 to 10mtr and shall be operated by an electric motor operating on 400/440Volt, 3 phase, 50 cycles AC supply, power output not less than 600 Watts, output. Torque not less than 1500 NM with CE Certified Side One Operated Drive Unit with Direct drive option, unit shall be in accordance to the EEC standards EN 12453, as plug-on drive unit System, flame proof power supply wired with flame proof industrial plug, push button integrated in the housing lid Safety mechanism and shall have provision for an integrated safety brake and double circuit limit switch which comply with the EN 13241-1 standards. Control Switch shall have provision for three station push button with Deadman control feature which allows shutter to move as long as the operating button is being pressed. The motor shall have a push button control, with a minimum of 3 buttons marked “Up”, “Down” and “Stop”. Limit switches shall also be provided to cut off current to the motor when the shutter reaches the limit of its travel in the “Up” or

“Down” directions. Along with this, provision for Wireless remote operation for shutter operation is also required. This remote shall operate the shutter and shall also be used for switching ON/OFF, These shall be fixed at the suitable position, near the cover hood of the rolling shutter. This Wireless remote control shall be able to operate within 100 meters range. The wireless remote control transmitter shall be impact resistant. The receiver of remote control may be fixed at any suitable position. The remote transmitter, should be powered with rechargeable batteries. MAKE - Stromag / Siemens /ABBke. One spare remote transmitter and two nos. of spare batteries along with charger shall be supplied with the shutter. Arrangements shall also be made for emergency mechanical operation of the rolling shutter in the event of failure of the electric equipment or electricity. The emergency mechanical operation shall be by an auxiliary chain wheel drive Conforming to IS 6248-1979 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - 1. The rate for scaffolding for executioin of work is deemed to inclusive in the quoted rate of contractor.

Dismantling of mild steel work of any description not other wise provided of complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Mild steel plates, plain or chequered, 5mm thick or over in thickness in available sizes Fe 410 W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for MS as in posts and struts in fencing angle including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing with mesh etc including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165 quality-B. Note:-Posts/struts of angle iron made to shape shall be welded to existing angle iron bracket of security wall, contractor shall make his own arrangement for welding for boundary wall by using gen sets or any alternative arrangement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses, pillars and purlins including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, size 75mmx75mmx4mm wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L expanded metal not exc four kg per sqm, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed muild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Preparation new steel surface exc 10 cm width/girth one coat red oxide primer and two coat synthetic enamal paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Galvanized 2 stand Steel Barbed wire 2.00mm dia barbed with dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of stsnderd rails, straining bolts,including securing or tying at crossings with and provisuion of galvanised mild steel pins, etc incl taking down of existing barbed wire as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

S&F galavnized rezor wire fencing fixed to angle iron and type of blade fish hook blade/ long blade as specified by Engr-in-Charge etc incl taking down of existing barbed wire as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

S&F in repair 950/650/450 (or any dia) mm dia concertina coil reinforced punched(chrome razor or blade wire with barbed top of 0.5mm thick galvanised sheet and core wire of dia 2.5mm of high tensile steel wire incuding galvanised MS staples/ Clips for tying at crossing complete including taking down of existing concertina coil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in as in coping cill, rounded or chamffered on edges complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Dismantling of wall/ floor tile including backing coat any description or any thickness led beded and pointed in any cement motar and removal to out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 60 mm Machine pressed pre casted pressed cement concrete inter locking paver blocks glazed coloured up to 6mm on the top in any shape and size, strenth not less than M-35 grouted with clean dry fine sand including 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 300x300x25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors with gray cement and pigments in any colour machine preassed glazed , over cement screed bed 15mm thick cement motor 1:6 all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.make nitco/arena or equivalent all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick glossy vitrified finsih for parking/ path (squar / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and jointed in white/coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar in 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base floor under wearing topping complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc.) sheets any thicknes in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Asbestos cement 6mm thick corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roof firxed with L-type or J-type crenked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Asbestos cement 6mm thick in two pieces adjustable plain ridge fixed wirth l-type and J-type hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness including nanital or similar pattern roor coverings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 0.50 mm thick pre coated thick galvalume aluminium zink coated GI based corrougated steel sheeting of any colour having tansile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering/glading to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 1mm mild steel, plain black sheet hearths; covering to door shutters; covering to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods; waters tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size, edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40mm lap joints or welded/riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required and directed.

Restriaining resecurig including making good staples or tighting of cross wire galvanised barbed wire in any dia of wire or any spacing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing angle iron from wall embadded in PCC and refixing in the same opening/position complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down and refixing in same position after replaing of damage of fencing post angle concertina coil any dia reinforced punched(chrome razor or blade wire with barbed top of 0.5mm thick galvanised sheet and core wire of dia 2.5mm of high tensile steel wire incuding galvanised MS staples/Clips for tying at crossing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer–in-Charge.

M&L Gunitting work for RCC work as in columns, beam, slab, perapet, chajjas etc by removing all loose concrete on the reinforcement, cleaning the surfaces with wire brushes and reinforcement with sand papers than applying apoxy paint to rusted reinforcement and S&F welded wire mesh fabric size not less than 95x95x3 mm on the prepare surfaces and finally applying guniniting 30 to 40 mm thick (average thickness )with presure gun using 1 part of cement and 3 part of coarse cement incl necessary form work where ever required all gunnited surface shall be brought in complete geometric figure even in the guniting opration only complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Where new or additional reinforcement is required the same shall be paid for separetaly of this schedule as above.

M&L for TMT bar mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1cement 4coarse sand) furrowingthe under layer with scratching tool applying cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 ( 1white cement 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping coloured 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing & washing the top layer with brushes & water to expose the stone chipping complete all as speacified pattern decided by Engr-in-Charge.(payment for providing grooves shall be made separately). Note:- Top layer of shade be of white cement using colouring pigment & stone chipping of desired colour as approved.

M&L for Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as specifified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete type D2 1:4 :8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base finished even smooth with broom finished w/o using extra cement, laid in alternate bay complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in Plinth protection including 6x10mm grove in every 3Mtr including bitumen mastic filling in joints complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 25mm thick Wearproof topping using metallic floor hardener as per manfacutre's instruction, as specified (incorporating an approved metallic floor hardner), laid on concrete floors and pavings and path, and finished even and smooth (except metallic hardner) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note metallic hardender glass strips area measured and paid separately).

Supply only hardner in liquid for mix in cement concerte as per manufacturer's reccommandations complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Makes: DR. FIXIT PIDE PROOF L W, CICO, FOSROC.

Supply only 22 mm wide and 3 mm thick glass dividing strips as laid in floor complete all as specified.

Note:- The amount of Rs 2,22,125/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No 134 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance
