Dismantling stone slab roofing over wooden karries and battens (dismantling karries and battens to be paid for separately) including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meter lead:

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator )/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5 mm, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed : All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc. complete in spcified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level 1:4:8(1 cement:4 Coarse sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Centering & Shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting propping, bracing both ways with steel props and removal of formworks for upto floor five level for suspended floors, roofs, landings staircases balconies, girders, cantivlevers bands,coping bed plates anchor blocks sill, chajjas, lintel beams, beams, plinth beam etc.

Providing and fabricating reinforcement for R.C.C. work including strengthening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding including cost of binding wire all complete up to floor five level.(original producers' who manufacture billet directly from iron oras and role the bilets to produce steel conforming to IS:1786) TMT Bars(CONFORMING OF RELEVENT IS CODE)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for RCC structural elements upto floor five level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers( if required) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement for Beams, suspended floors, roofs, griders having slopes up to 15º, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain windows sills, staircases and spiral staircases etc. M20 grade Nominal Mix / Design Mix

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish : 20 mm thick Sqm

Grading For roof water proofing tratment with water proofing compound cement concreate 1:2:4 (1cement :2coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)
