Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting of any guage or thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only plain or corrugated steel sheet of any guage or thickness as obtained from dismantling item and shall be fixed with 'L' or 'J' type hooks or cranked hook bolts as in roof .

Taking down of existing roof treatment from roof and terrace of any description and removing the rubbish off the premises and roughening surface of old concrete roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and applying roof treatment with the following specifications:- (a) Applying cement slurry @3kg/sqm over concrete surfaces . (b) Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound (3% of cement weight) as per manufacturer's instruction on cleaned concrete surfaces of roof and finishing the surfaces fair and even including curing the plastered surfaces for 7 days by ponding of water over the roof, (levelling course). (c) Applying evenly one coat of cold bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384-1986 @ 0.25 liter per square metre on the cleaned plastered surface (d) Applying evenly one coat of blown hot bitumen of grade 85/25 @1.20 Kg per square metre on primed surfaces. (e) Applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrane, 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.50 Kg per square metre reinforces) with polyster non-woven fabric weighing not less than 160 gms per square metre by torch application. The overlap shall not be less than 100mm on transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction and sealing overlaps. (f) Applying evenly one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.10 litre per square metre over the APP based polymeric membrane.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork/solid block masonry or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for precast cement concrete ( 1:3:6), type C-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:4) etc complete as specified.

Material & Labour for 15MM (10+5mm) thick external wall plastering in CM (1:4) in two layers mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement in top 5mm thick finished the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI Marked

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-O (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone agg) as in roof Kerbs, benching etc rounded or chamfered on edges mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc, including cleaning or refixing or removal to store complete all as directed

Supply & Fix 110mm dia bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls etc all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fix 110mmbore PVC (SWR) bends any radius all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fix 10mm bore PVC (SWR) branch pieces, single 'Y', equal or unequal all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fix 110mm bore PVC (SWR) junction single, (single T) equal or unequal all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all specified and directed.

Cutting chanels grooves or rebates n exc 15mm girth and treaming surface with of without reinforcement complete all specified and directed.
