Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding thecost of centering and shuttering - all workup to plith level - 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

12mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix - 1:3 (1 cement :3 fine sand)

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface , etc.complete - on concretel work

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying 22 mm thick factory made pre-polished cement concrete flooring tiles of required colour and design over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand ) and jointed with cement slurry mixed with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of the tile - (Endura / Ultra / Dazzle) or equivalent.

Providing and planting dates palms 7 to 8 feet height including 1 m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farmyard manure, planting the tree, backfilling the trench watering and maintaining the tree for three months. Supply of Decorative Column 5.0 metre height above the ground level made out of GI, tubular pole ‘T’ washed and primered. (ASTM A123, with minimum average GI coating of 65μm.), having two sections, bottom section of minimum 1000mm (L) x 140mm dia and the top section with minimum of 4000mm (L) x 76mm dia, in built junction looping box at bottom section with 32 A heavy duty 4 way connector for loop in & loop out. The Embellishments are cast in iron and fitted to the column by grubs screw fitting. Design comply EN40 standard and basic wind speed 169kmph. The embellishments shall be sealed to the column. The Pole Base plate should be with 250x250x12 mm. The column shall also be provided with flush door at the bottom with proper strengthening to the cut-out of the door opening.
