Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of local sand from a distance not exceeding 8 Kms from the site of work and including watering dressing etc. required for proper completion of work.

Cement concrete with 4 cm. (1½") gauge approved stone, ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 6:3:1 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Provding and laying Cement concrete wearing Coarse M-30 Grade including Reinforcement as per Drawing and technical Specifcation Morth Clauses 13.05G

Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as reinforced cement concrete (when not included in over all rate) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of work, supply of steel, all labour etc. required and including wastage bend, hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured. and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire, and including the cost of binding wire, moulds and all otehr materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and C/sand mortar 4 in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and Tools and Plants etc. required for proper completion of work.

Making drip coarse sand in sun shades or facia with 1:3 cement and fine sand mortar as per direction of Engineer-in charge including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.
