11.41. 2A Providing and laying fully vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make (Nitco / Rak / Johnson /Asian ) in all colours and shades , laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) , including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete - size of tile 600 x600 mm .

12.45.2 Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S.sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms / sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS:277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25mm wide x1.6mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm , at 1200 mm cenetre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x50mm long with 6mm dia bolts ,other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 5x10x0.50mm of required length with nuts and bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I channels 45x15x0.9mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre , to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having clips of 10.5mm, at 450mm centre to centre ,shall be fixed in a direction perpenticular to G.I.intermediate channelwith connecting clips made out of 2.64mm dia x 230mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimetre of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450mm centre , with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval , including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x25mm at 230mm C/C , including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound, jointing tapes, finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board , all as per manufacturer's ...

15.23.1 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead - for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm .

11.40 Providing and laying rectified glazed ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make (Somany / Nitco / Jhonson) in all colours , shades, except white, ivory, grey, fume red brown, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete

11.36A Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) , of approved make (Jhonson /Asian/Somany / Nitco) in all colours , shades of size 200 x 300 mm as approved in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement with pigment of matching shade complete - size 200x300 mm.

17.7.5 Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15mm C.P. brass pillar taps,32 mm C.P.brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets ,cutting and making good the walls wherever required - white vitreous china anglet back wash basin size 600x480 mm with single 15mm C.P. brass pillar tap.

17.3.1 Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type) with seat and lid,10 litre low level white vitreous china flushing cistern & C.P.flush bend with fittings & C.I. brackets , 40 mm flush bend , overflow arrangement with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete, including painting of fittings and brackets , cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required -W.C.pan with ISI marked white solid plasti seat and lid .

9.119 Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x 47 mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 nos of 150mm long brackets of 15 x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19 x19 mm M.S.square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S.screws of 65 /100 mm size, complete as per manufacturter's specification.

9.124.1 Providing and fixing factory made 30 mm thick door shutter made of solid PVC foam profile. The styles & rails shall be of size 75 mm X 30 mm having wall thickness 5 mm . The styles , top & bottom rails shall have one side wall thickness of 15 mm integarally extruded on the hinge side of the profile for better screw holding power. The styles and rails shall be reinforced with M.S. tubes of size 33 mm x 17 mm x 1 mm , painted with primer , all four corners of reinforcement to be welded or sealed . Solid PVC extruded bidding (push fit type) will be set inside the styles and the rails with a cavity, to recive single piece extruted 5 mm PVC sheet as panel. The styles and rails will be mitred cut and joint with the help of PVC solvent cement & self driven self tapping screws. Single piece extruded solid PVC lock rail of size 100 mm X 30 mm with wall thickness 5 mm & 15 mm integrally extruded in the middle of the lock rail & fixed with styles with the help of PVC solvent cement and self driven self tapping screws of size 100 mm x 8mm complete as per manufacturer's specifications - Non decorative finish.

9.147D.4 Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto1.50m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi - chambered frame with in-builtroller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 + or - 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to UPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile , zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook , zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I. fastners 100 x8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shyall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc.After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality , all complete as per approved drawing.(Single / double glass panes , wire mesh and silicon sealent shall be paid separately) - Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof SS wire mesh (Two nos) glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) made of (bigl series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3+ or - 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazinf bead of appropriate dimension.(Area of window above 1.75 sqm) -sliding window size 1.80x1.35 m

21.1.1.1 Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitionswith extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions , i.e at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber /neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P.brass / stainless steel screws , all complete as per architectural drawings (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) - for fixed portion - anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15).

21.2.2 Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 grade I type II, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings- Pre- laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

21.3.1 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings ( cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) - with float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness.

13.48.1 Finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacture's specification - Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/ 10 sqm.

2.6.1A Earthwork in excacavation over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth , 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m - disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dresses - all kinds of soil.

2.27 Supplying and filling in plinth with river sand under floors, including watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

4.1.10 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

4.1.2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

12.80 Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume sheet of 550 M.P.A. yield of AZ 150 strength formed as per patterned steel rib profile with the depth of 31 mm pitch of 250 mm and overall width of 1060 mm and thickness 0.5mm with required J or C hook bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.S.paint and working etc., complete excluding the cost of purlin , rafter and truss etc.

10.25.2 Steel work welded in built up sections /framed work , including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required – in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, gs, brackets,gates and similar works.

18.7.3 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinnyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing.This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete - internal work - exposed on wall - 25mm nominal outer dia pipes.

17.32.2 Providing and fixing mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) and of required shape and size with plastic moulded frame of approved make and shade with 6mm thick hard board backing - rectangular shape 453 x 357 mm.
