Labour charges for Dismantling the structure with pole mounted transformer of different capacity along with distribution boards and re- erecting the transformer on newly erected structure along with distribution boards and including testing and commissioning (as well as cabling connection complete as required)

Labour charges for dismantling of existing PCC/MS electrical Pole including MS channel, V cross arm, 11KV insulator, LT insulator, guard wires, stay wires, one span of ACSR conductors and other electric items, coming along and in the alignment of the road, then removal and re-rolling of the PCC /MS Pole as well as other materials and handing over the same to DISCOM store including transportation from site to store and stacking of dismantling material in store and as per the direction of Engineer Incharge, clean the site good as per the requirement and dismantle material receipt duly signed by DISCOM Engineer submit the receipt to EIC as required.

Labour charges for dismantling of existing Lattice tower including MS channel, V cross arm, 11KV/33 KV insulator, guard wires, stud/stay wire, one span of ACSR conductor and other electric items coming along and in the alignment of the road, then removal and re-rolling of Lattice tower as well as other materials and handing over the same to DISCOM store including transportation from site to store and stacking of dismantling material in store and as per the direction of Engineer Incharge and clean the site good as per the requirement and submit the receipt from DISCOM/ concering authority complete as required.

Labour charges for dismantling of existing street light electrical pole with street light fixture, underground cable, MS box and other electric items of the pole coming along and in the alignment of the road, then removal and re- rolling of MS/PCC pole of different sizes as well as other materials and handing over the same to DISCOM/UIT/MC store and as per the direction of Engineer Incharge and clean the site good as per the requirement and submit the receipt from concering authority complete as required.

Labour charges for dismantling of service line connection (weather proof cable/armoured cable) for single phase /three phase supply of industrial/domestic connections from existing PCC/MS pole and handing over the same to DISCOM store including transportation from site to store and stacking of dismantling material in store and provide temporary supply to domestic/industrial connections to the consumer where supply is disconnected and clean the site good as per the requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge complete as required.

Labour charges for Trimming of tree branches/plants and prepairing route approaches for electric proposed line complete with prior permission of local authority in writing , taking proper shutdown from discom office and inform to DISCOM after complete the work.

6 SWG G.I. ( Hot Dipped ) Wire

Supply & Installation of D.P. Structure With AIR BREAK SWITCH having following specifications A, B, C, D, E.

A) Double pole structure on 2 no ISMB ( I beam ) of size 150 x 75 mm x 8 mm, 9 mtr length using MS channel each of size 100 mm x 50 mm x 2500 mm ( 3 No. ) and of size 75 mm x 40 mm x 2500 (4 No.) mm complete in all respect with nuts, springs washers, clamps as required.

B) Off load type gang operated 3-pole horizontal flute type switch suitable for 11KV ; 400A ,3-ø, central post rotating double break isolator complete with MS hardware , copper moving & fixed contact ,assembly of 9 nos pin insulator , 25 mm ‘B’ class GI pipe of suitable length for operation.

C) 3nos Vertical / Horizontal mounted 11kv horn gap fuse set /drop out 11kv barrel fuses mounted on 6no pin insulators

D) 3 piece non linear resistor type. lighting arrestor of approved make suitable for 3 wire, 11kv Overhead line with rated voltage of 9kv rms & nominal discharge current rating of 5 kA & complete with galvanized clamping arrangement GI bolts, nuts, washer etc as required.

E) 3 no 11kv ACSR conductors mounted on pin type insulators as required.
