Schedule-01 Repair and Maintenance of Drains, Inspection Chamber and Septic Tank of Residential Quarters at Sector No. 02, Rihand Colony, Pipri- Sonebhadra (U.P.)

Engagement of helper/ Beldar for non-measured work such as cleaning of site and other miscellaneous work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of main drain or width more than 300 mm.including disposal of waste refuses sludge out side the colony area including washing and cleaning by clean water completely as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all labour,T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and sprinkling of lime in all drains of colony and water logged area including cost of all labour,materials,and T&P etc, as required for proper completion of the work.

Cleaning of Inspection chamber including disposal of waste out side the UPPCL area as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all labour,T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work.

Concrete with 4cm. gauge stone ballast down graded, coarse sand of 2.5 fineness modulus and cement in proportion of 1:3:6 in foundation and under floors including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level

R.C.C. work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 for slabs with coarse sand excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G. binding wire and also including cost of all materials. cost of binding wire, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work with TMT steel of grade Fe-500D or more including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete and including supply of steel, its wastage, labour and T&P etc. complete .

1st class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand of 2.25 F.M. mortars in foundation and plinth including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.
