Item No 01:- Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 2 :- M&L Plastering 15 mm thick in two layers of 10 mm thick in bottom and 5 mm thick with WPC of top layer in Cement Mortar 1:4 on Fair Faces of Brick Wall, Cement block wall or on Concrete Surfaces, surface fair and even without using Extra Cement complete all as specified and as directed. (WPC will be measured and paid separately) Note: curing for plastering / cementing work shall be done through mechenical method .

Item No 3 :- Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

Item No 04 : M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement 1:6 and finished fair and even without using extra cement.

Item No 05 : M&L 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceiling surface finish Fair and even complete.

Item No 06 : M&L for preparation of newly plaster surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 07 : Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 Sqm each with shutters ( with out taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 08 : Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4.0 Sqm each with shutters ( with out taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 9 - S&F mild steel bands straps, supports or stays for rainwater, fan clamps ventilating pipes including bolt if required, hooks (stay) heavy for large gates,hook and pintol hanges, and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three ways straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe -290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 10 : - M&L Second class hard wood (Sal) plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 11 :- M&L for preparation of surfaces of wood and wood based materials, steel and iron work, new or old, of any description, treated with tar or coal tar black paint to treating ends of posts, backs of chowkats etc area tarred exc 0.1 Sqm but not exc 0.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 12 :- M&L for preparation of surfaces of wood and wood based materials, steel and iron work, new or old, of any description, treated with tar or coal tar black paint to treating small articles such as stop, covers, gully gratings, hold fasts, ends of posts, backs of chowkats etc area not exc 0.1 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 13 : M&L Second class hard wood 35 mm thick factory made plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels) with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged) or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 14 : M&L Second class hard wood 35 mm thick factory made glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze etc with out sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR part I section 8 clause 8.20 (a) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Fixing of wire mesh and fixing materials are included in this item rate. Only wire mesh will be measured after fixing in to door and paid separately in supply only item.

Item No. 15 - M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of wood and wood based surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 16 :- M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 17 :- S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick style consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC “C” channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, S & F in the frame as shown on drawing in section 8 of SSR-2010 Part-II complete all as specified and directed

Item No. 18 :- S & F for solid PVC door frame of size 50x47mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplied and fixing in opening as specified and shown on drawing made on section 8 of SSR 2010 Part-II complete all as specified and directe

Item No. 19 :- S&F aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section 150 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 20:- S&F aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section 200 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 21 :- S&F Butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel 100 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 22 :- M&L butt hinges extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin anodised type B-21 for 100 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 23 : S&F aluminium handles cast type anodised "D" shaped, 150 mm size complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 24 :.S&F aluminium alloy, anodised sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy of 250 mm length of bolt complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 25 : Supply only stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvnized wire staplescomplete all as specified and directed. Note :- Fixing ofwire mesh included in the item respective door item.

Item No 26 : S&F in repairs Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvnized wire staples.

Item No 27 : S&F in repairs 300 mm mild steel ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs including roller and roller plate complete fixed to steel frame / wooden frame including necessary, cutting, opening of wall for fixing bracket and making good complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 28 - M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in hold fasts including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 29 - S&F powder coated steel peg set having 06 Nos spikes fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed. (Make as approved by GE)

Item No 30 :- S&F in repair 25 mm dia Powder coated curtain rod of 1 mm thick fancy type fixed with modren bracket of any type or any design as approved by Engineer - in - Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 31 : S&F powder coated aluminium ventilator cross section 63.5x38.10x1.5mm consisting of two partion shall have louvers with 3mm thick pin headed glass and aluminium wire cloth 0.30mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.56m fixed with aluminium beads and securing on outer face of frame and lower portion of ventilation shall be fixed with 3mm thick pin headed glass with IDPE rubber gasket includinng aluminium beads, including preparation of jombs all around in Cm 1:3 finishing even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 32 : S&F Powder coated aluminium sliding glazed windows with three track shutter sliding (two shutters glazed and one shutter wire mesh ) shall be two part as upper part shall be three movable shutter and lower part consist three shutter (one openable in centre and both side fixed type shutter with frosted glass) with following specification and making good the adjacent side of jombs of windows by plastering in CM 1:3 even and smooth complete etc. shifting of existing cooler stand where required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

(i) Windows frame of cross section 101mm x 44mm x 1.5mm thick. (ii) Three way track for sliding shutters of cross section 91.8mm x 31.75mm 1.1mm thick (iii) Sliding shutter frame of cross section 40 x 18 x 1mm thick (iv) 4mm thick tinted glass superior quality. (v) IDPE Rubber guasket for fixing of glass. (vi) locking cleats per shutter - 01 Nos. (vii) sliding rollers per shutter - 02 Nos. (viii)stainless steel wire cloth 0.30mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm for shutters 01 Nos. (ix) fixing screw for frame with wall per windows 08 Nos.

Item No 33 : S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walkways, railings,frame work of watertanks and similar work conforming to Fe -290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 34 : M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 35 - S&F in repair powder coated aluminium door seal 30mm wide and length as per requirement of site including dust/insect arrestor complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 36 :- M& L Dubbing out average 20 mm thick on irregular/ demolished surface of walls, concrete surface like cantiliver beam, chajjas, lintles,, balconies etc in Cement plaster 1:4 complete all as specified and direct

Item No. 37 :- Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs/ blankets any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 38 :- S & F Almirah steel large with shelves of overal l size 920 mm x 485 mm x 1985 mm made up of 1 mm thick MS Sheet shutters and shelves, including c over fillets etc complete all as specified and directed.(as per drg No. FD1031 of CEJZ)

Item No. 39 :- M&L for second class hard wood plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in sections clean sawn surfaces sectional area exc 13 sqcm and not exc 25 sqcm secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and directed

Item No. 40 :- S&F 18mmm thick block boards, grade 2 quality interior grade, commercial type fixed to timber frame work as cupboard cabinet etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 41 : M&L 0.9 mm thick Decoretive laminate type 1, of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved, fixed with aproved adhesive over block board as per manufacturer's complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 42 - Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness, laid bedded and pointed in any mortor in floor, apron etc complete all as specified and directed

Item No. 43 :- M&L 18 to 20mm thick machine cut one side polished granite in kitchen plate form, windows ceils, stair case etc set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match witrh shade of slab including rubbing and polishing and 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 44 :- M&L 20 to 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab in flooring or treads of steps over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab including rubbing complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 45 :- Description same as per item No. 44 above but as in skirting or vertical surfaces including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 46 :- M&L Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edges, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations for bullnosing / moulding to exposed edges (any type) and polishing to match the adjoining surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 47 :- Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding etc (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 48 :- M&L for vitrified cerameic tiles 9 to 10mm thick light shade (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm and n exc 0.42 Sqm in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 49 :- Description same as above but laid in vertical surface such as skirting/dado over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Item No. 50 :- M&L for non skid joint free ceramic coloured tiles of design as approved by GE 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 51 :- item same as item No 50 above but as in vertical surface of skirting or dado including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 52 :- M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350 x 250 x7 mm /450 x 350 x 7 mm/ 300 x 450 x 7 mm on vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting/risers to steps etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed of all joints with grout make pidilite roffor STP of any colour to match surface of tiles over and including 10 mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 53 :- Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 54 :- M&L Brickwork with modular sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius in built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 55 :- M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% per one Kg of cement by weight or as per manufacturer instruction on brick work or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra ecment complete. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only

Item No. 56 :- Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position as in roofs, floors, beams, landings, chajjas, balconies and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 57 :- M&L for RCC (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supported on wall,beam and column in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies and in shelves and similar work complete all as specified and directed. Note - Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid separately.

Item No. 59 :- S&F in repair Factory made PVC cabinet of required size fabricated by joining for 18mm plain white (600 kg density) thick PVC Celuka ply fixed with each other using solvent cement adhesive and screws and 18mm thick PVC sheet as backing of cabinet fixed with screw and solvent cement adhesive etc complete all as specified and directed

Item No. 60 :- S&F in repair factory made PVC side laminated shelf / partition of required size consisting of panel of 18mm thick celuka PVC ply and for supporting the hold shelf / partition and shall provided 3 edges in size 18mm x 18mm as per required length the front side of the edge visible in the front of the shelf / partition to be edge lipped by 18mm width x 1mm thick PVC Sheet of density 600 Kg/Cum manufactured by ISO 9001 - 2015 Certified campany, using solvent cement etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Item No. 61 :- S & F Stainless steel self closing hinge of 75 mm size for PVC door shutter complete as specified and directed.

Item No 62 : S&F 50 X 15 mm size magnet door catcher for PVC door shutter complete as specified and directed.

Item No. 69 - S&F (in repairs) 15 mm bore bib taps long body, with wall flange chromium plated cast copper alloy long body, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for vrass ferrule, complete. Make : Plumber Cat Part No FLP-0203/Prayag -PIS-08, Jaquar Cat No CON-107KN complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 70 - Dismantling water tanks of any description, capacity exc 250 and not exc 500 litres and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 71 - S & F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 500 litre capacity hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed

Item No. 72 - Dismantling water tanks of any description, capacity exc 500 and not exc 1000 litres and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 73 - S & F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top)1000 litre capacity hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed

Item No 74:- S&F in repair ball valves for 20 mm bore dia of pipe high pressure of PTMT with Epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball suiteble for 20 mm bore pipe, screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (minimum weight 20mm -210 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 75 :- S&F in repair PVC connection 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 76 :- S&F (in repair) Vitreous chaina wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattem), white including pedestrial pan trap, including seat cover for pedestilal pan and connecting to drain or outgoing pipe and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 77:- S&F for (in repair) vitreous china wash basin white or any colour, flat vack of size 550mm x 400mm fixed on and including cast iron cantilever bracket, 32mm dia brass waste copuling and 32 mm dia PVC waste pipe including fixing of tap, waste fitting including mixer or piller tap etc complete all as sapecified and directed. Note :- Pillar tap shall be measured as supply only under respective item

Item No. 78 :- S&F for (in repair) PVC valveless, syphonic action dual flush button type flushing cistern fitted with two press button 5Ltrs and 10Ltrs output capacity. Low level white or colour with inlet, ball value, eloat and handle including brackets and provision of 32 mm dia PVC flush pipe and making connections complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 79 :- S&F in repairs CP square grating with frame of 5" x 5" (with or without waste pipe hole) make Prayag/ plumber/Jaquar/Pearl etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 90 :- S&F in repair over head shower with arm & flange of chromium plated with or without swivel joints, any size including fixing to 15 mm dia steel pipe for required length or union. Item No. 91 :- M&L Preparing newly plastered or unplastered wall surface all as specified and directed.

Item No. 92 :- Complete removal of exisiting wall treatment on old plaster or concrete surface by scraping tin plate, leaned of all laitance, loose material, oil grease by mechanical means such as wire brushing & shot blasting, finally vacum cleaning of all loose solid particals complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 93 :- M&L for applying 1 to 1.50mm thick wall care putty on wall on internal old/new wall surfaces as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 94 :- M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on prepared wall putty surfaces of internal wall all including washing floors cleaning glass. Joinery electrical fittings wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as per specified and directed. Note: Painting should be done through spray gun/machine by means of mechanical method including covering of all joinery portion before painting by suitable material.

Item No. 95 :- M&L Preparation of existing surface by hamming on the surface by a half kg hammer to remove any loose concrete, plaster, paint particles and rubbing the entire surface by wire brush, apply one coat of wall primer of shali prime WB/Prime seal and Apply two neat coats (one coat horizonatal and other coat vertical direction) of ShaliCry 215 UV resistant Elastomeric exterior Acrylic waterproof coating or Raincoat Elastomeric Acrylic water proof exterior coating (of white or any tint/colour which shall be approved by GE) over primer coat, apply by brush or roller at a time interval of 5-6 hours. Note:- All application shall be done through authorised company applicator as approved by GE including obtaining of warranty certificate by the applicator.

Item No. 96 :- M&L Preparation of newly plasterd surface apply one coat of wall primer of shali prime WB/ Prime seal and apply two neat coats (one coat horizontal and other coat vertical direction) of shalicryl 215 UV resistant Elastomeric exterior Acrylic waterproof coating or Raincoat Elastomeric Acrylic water proof exterior coating (of white or any tint / colour which shall be approved by GE) over primer coat, apply by brush or roller at a time interval of 5-6 hours. Note : All application shall be done through authorised company applicator as approved by GE- including obtaining of warranty certificate by the applicator.

Item No. 97 :- M&L Preparation of of newly plasterd surface apply Two coat of cement base paint over a one coat of wall primer plastered and other surface with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.
