Clearing the Scrub jungle including all labour charges for burryingng and burning etc.,Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp.

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank within initial lead and lift OF Hard Stiff Clay, Stiff Clay Cotton, Hard Red Earth, Shales, Murrum, Gravel, Stoney Earth and Earth Mixed with Samall Size buolders SS 20A including laying and Spreading in layers of 250 mm loase thick each, sectioning watering and Compacting etc., Complete as per MOST 301-305.

construction of subgrade for 100mm depth by using picked material obtained from the existing surface by mechanical means and then adding 50% of defict materials by using fly ash obtained from industries with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.( subgrade using Gravel to improve CBR 7 to 9))

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method) .)

Picking 5mm to 10cm old Metteld Surface and Sectioning 1 Sq.Mtr, including all labour cost etc complete

Providing and laying Spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet Mix Macadam (WMM) Specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by Tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density including cost of Materials Labour charges rentals for Machinary , Fuel and all other incidential charges etc., Complete.

Providing and laying of prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.

Providing and laying tack coat over the WMM surface (Treated with primer) using 2.5 Kg of bituminous emulsion RS-01 for 1 sqm. for preparatory to another Bituminous construction over it including cost of Material, labour charges, rentals for Machinary, Fuel and all other incidential cahrges etc., Complete.

BM (Grade-II) 50mm Thick Using VG30-Providing, laying 50mm consolidated thick Bituminous Macadam using 0.20cum of 26.50- 13.20mm, 0.43cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.08cum of 2.36mm & below size IRC metal with 37 Kgs of VG30 Grade bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen, aggregate and mixing them in required temperature using Central hot mix plant 20-30ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 504 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 25, 30/40 MM Thick Using CMP(Grade-II) - Providing Bituminous Concrete to 40 mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Providingand Laying Gravel including cost and conveyance Garvel form Approved Sources to worksite and stocking on road side to Departmental meric gauge fro premeasurement as directed including labour for spreading and Compacting etc., Complete ar per MORD Specification No.400.
