B-Execution of Signaling item.

Digging of cable trench, 1.2 Meter deep and 0.3 Meter wide including clearing of roots of trees and bushes and temporary obstruction on the selected route, as per technical specifications and cable route plan. (a) In all type of soil including soft rock.

Laying of S&T Cable of different sizes as per cable route plan in the already dug trench with or without DWC pipe.

Back filling and consolidting of cable trench after laying of cable and then complete back filling & ramming of loose soil as per TS.

Excavation of cable trench 1.0 meter deep, 0.3 meter wide on pucca plateform/on 34 road/track for road/track crossing and restoration of the plateform/road/track surface to original condition with contractor's material, after laying of DWC pipes and then refilling the trench as per TS (Supply of DWC pipe will be done by the contractor).

Laying of Double wall corrugated (DWC) pipe of all size with socket on rocky/ballast filled soil/under rack for track crossing as per technical specification and restoration of distrub ballast by screning and dressing as per instruction of engineer in site or his representative.

Excavation, ramming, Casting Cement Concrete foundation for Apparatus cases/Location boxes in the ratio of 1:3:6 Aggregate not exceeding 3 : 8 cm, standard size of 36 galvanized Anchor bolts & nuts (also referred to as foundation bolts) conforming to IRS Drg. no. SA- 116A/M, for erection of Apparatus cases/Location boxes, plastering with 1:4 cement- sand mixture all the surfaces up to 75 mm below ground level , complete with contractors material including cement,, sand, aggregate, anchor bolts and nuts and curing of casted foundation, refiling & ramming of loose soil around foundation and disposal of loose dugged soil from site. (a) Apparatus case (Full).

Installation of Apparataus cases/Location Boxes on CC foundation on grouted bolts, including filling the space enclosed below the location box with contractor's sand, as per technical specifications. (a) Apparatus case (Full).

Termination of cables and supporting on string rod, with supply and providing identification tags/ferrules/tapes with letters on each cable conductor, as per technical specifications. (a) Apparatus case (Full).

Supply & fixing of hylam sheet 10 mm thick size 860 mm X 140 mm of mininmum grade P2 on apparatus case/Location boxes for wiring of signaling circuit and cable termination, fixing on suitable size contractors angle with string rod for supporting cable on back side including fixing of all types ofv terminal /fuse as per location diagram plan and technical specification with driling of holes on either side of terminals /fuses and other places as required for cable conductor/wires entry and fixing of sheets.

Installation of Electric point machine including supply of G.I pipe termination of cables, wirings, fixing and adjustment of ground connection as per technical specification.

Charging of Secondary cells with contractors own charging equipments including 41 supply of sulphuric acid conforming to IS:206 1977, distilled water conforming to IS 1069-1964, all activities as per technical specification and according to standard adopted for initial charging and installation of charged batteries as per instruction of engineer at site. (a) 2V 80AH.

Installation fixing and wiring of DC Track circuit equipments, track battery charger, resistance, track relays and batteries etc, in apparatus case location huts relay room etc, with contractors wiring materials, termination of tail cable etc.

Installation and commissioning of DC track circuit including drilling of bond holes, supply and fixing of continuity GI wire bonds on rail joints after drilling bond holes of 7.2 mm dia (9/32) channel pin & making rail connections of lead wires, installation & fixing of track lead junction 43 box on MS angle grouted on concrete and cable taken trough DWC pipe for track feed end, track relay end and feed end jumpers, connections to tail cable, termination of tail cables on TLJB terminals etc, insertion of insulated block joints and also fixing jumper cables as per insulation diagram/track bonding plan, charging & adjustment of track circuit, all activities as per standard practice and technical specification. Installation, wirring, testing & commissioning of Automatic change over system as per TS.

Excavation, ramming, Casting Cement Concrete foundation for Colour Light Main Signal Post in the ratio of 1:3:6 Aggregate not exceeding 3 : 8 cm, and technical specifications using 45 standard size galvanized Anchor bolts & nuts (also referred to as foundation bolts) confirming to IRS Drg. No. SA-116A/M, for erection of colour light signal post, plastering with 1:4 cement - sand mixture all signal post all the surfaces up to 75 mm below ground level, complete with contractor's material including cement, sand, aggregate, anchor bolts and nuts and curing of casted foundation, refiling & ramming of loose soil around foundation and disposal of loose dugged soil from site.

Assembling, erection, installation, taking of cable inside unit through post, 46 termination and wiring of CLS complete with all accessories of CLS unit, post, base,ladder, ladder guards, platform and MS supporting bracket in the middle of the ladder, hoods, pinacles, offset brackets, junction /stencil type route indicators (if any)- 1way to 6 way etc. including fixing & wiring of LED units lamps with contractors wiring material. (a) for 2 Aspect CLS.

Excavation, ramming, Casting Cement Concrete foundation for Color light Shunt Signal post in the ratio of 1:3:6 Aggregate not exceeding 3 : 8 cm, standard size of galvanized 47 Anchor bolts & nuts (also referred to as foundation bolts) conforming to IRS Drg. no. SA-116A/M, for erection of Apparatus cases/Location boxes, plastering with 1:4 cement- sand mixture all the surfaces up to 75 mm below ground level , complete with contractors material including cement,, sand, aggregate, anchor bolts and nuts and curing of casted foundation, refiling & ramming of loose soil around foundation and disposal of loose dugged soil from site.

Assembling, erection, installation, taking of cable inside unit through post, 48 termination and wiring of Color light Shunt signal complete with all accessories of shunt signal unit, post, base,ladder, ladder guards, platform and MS supporting bracket in the middle of the ladder, hoods, pinacles, offset brackets,(if any)- 1way to 6 way etc. including fixing & wiring of LED units lamps with contractors wiring material. (for independant shunt signal)

Cement concrete work for miscellaneous items in the ratio 1:3:6 aggregate not 49 exceding 3:8 cm including excavation, ramming curing and plastering with 1:4 cement - sand mixture complete with contractors material including cement sand, aggregate and curing of casted foundation refiling & ramming of loose soil around foundation and disposal of loose dugged soil from site.

Installation of earth electrode pipe as per technical specification. All required materials (3 meter long perforated G.I pipe size, 50 mm dia, charcoal, normal salt, earthing lead, nut & bolts etc to be supplied by contractor.

Supply, installation of wooden crank handle lock up box for fixing of EKT/KLCR on 51 wooden board inside box for installing KLCR/EKTs in the same including supply of all materials like board/ handle hinges, godrej type pad lock glass sheet of 5 mm thickness / supporting bracket, nuts bolts etc. drilling holes in MS angels, MS plates etc, for fixing relays/EKT/KLCR and its wiring in ASM room as per TS.

Installation & wiring of Key locked rotary relay (KLCR) inside box in ASM room as per TS.

Taking all types of cable inside station relay rooms location hut/location box at both end, sealing of cable entry pit etc, as per technical specification complete with contractors material.

Transportation of HDT machinewith accessories includinghandling of stores materials,preparation of site and boringfor placing of 63 mm dia HDPE PIPE for crossing of 6 Quadand 33/40 mm dia HDPE PIPEfor crossing of OFC cabletogether in one or more shotof suitable 54 bore size atbridges/ culverts / track/pucca road crossing.Boringtrench shall be minimum 3(three) meter below the riverbed and 1 (one) meter belowthe track / road/ pucca roadcrossing area. This includessupply of accessories forpulling HDPE pipes if any, costof fuel and all other itemswhich will be required forlaying of cable through it.Supply of HDPE pipe is coveredin schedule .The work shall beexecuted as per technical specification. Boring upto thelength of 150 Mtrs.

Boaring of S&T cables of pucca, road/track crossing and laying of cables through DWC/GI pipe.

Installation and wiring of Electrical Lifting Barrier set complete with boom locking & panel including necessary earthwork, making concrete foundation of pedestal & stops posts/boom stop, fixing of electrical contact/controllers with contractor's material as per TS.

Foundation for sliding gate complete set for both barrier and boom rest. Total 10 numbers of concrete foundation as per CSTE's Drg. No.SK/13/00037 as per technical specification for each gate.RCC work in ratio 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), 57 up to plinth in retaining walls, walls (any thickness) including attached plasters, column, pillars, posts etc. The scope includes the cost of cement, sand, stone, aggregate, reinforcements and shuttering, centering, etc. NOTE:- Due to site condition, if the size of the RCC column for the above itm is required to be increased/decreased, the extra payment/deduction for variation of the RCC work shall be calculated on volumetric basis as per rate of this item.

Installation of sliding gate and boom rest having 03 Nos. "E" type lock at lock up box 58 and 02 Nos. "E" type lock at boom rest.Installation of sliding gate and boom rest post along with "E" type locks and lock up box as per CSTE/NFR's drg no.SK/13/00037. Neccessary galvanized grouting bolts (40 nos. per LCG) will be supplied by contractor.

Installation of EKT.

Loading and transportation of released gate materials from site to consignee store and unloading at consignee's store.

C- For EI alteration.

Design, FAT and Submission of as Planned and as build interface drawing, application logic & equivalent circuits. (a) KTCH 1294808.0

Modification ni existing relay room. this include supply of wiring materialsrequired for modification, modification ni indoor wiring including datalogger, SAT and commissioning. (a) KTCH.

PC for maintenance/ operator console (Embedded PC).

Supply of professional LED VDU monitor of display size 43 inch.

Preparation of SIP (Scale 1:1000), PD, RCC in AutoCAD as per standard format 66 adopted in NFR. Softcopy in AutoCAD to be submitted with one print copies of each in pdf format. The scope of work includes subsequent modification and revision in SIP, PD, RCC till commssioning of projects.
