Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed Wall tiles conforming toIS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make (Kajaria/Somany/Asian) in all colours, shades size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish outside the University Campus. Providing and laying Double Charged, 8mm-10mm thickness (600mm x 600mm size) vitrified floor tiles with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to lS: 15622 of approved make (Kajaria/RAK/Asian) in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade including labour for roughening/tucking the existing concrete floor complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of 1.00mm (avg.) thickness,of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st Quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, Two or more coats of approved brand and manufacture of required shade and colour complete including applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work (Make Asian/Nerolac).
