M&L for water proofing treatment with APP based polymeric membrane over 15mm thick plaster on roof with the following courses of treatment :- (a) Complete removal of existing treatment, cleaning & washing the concrete /tiles surface by using wire brush including junction of parapet etc. (b) M&L 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 using water proofing liquid as per manufacturer instructions over neat cement slurry @ 3kg/Sqm on roof surface. Note: Water proofing liquid /compound will be measured & paid separately. (c) Applying bituminous primer (IS 3384) @ 0.160 Kg per sqm of the surface area including cleaning the surfaces complete all as specified. (d) M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforcement with polyester non woven fabric (wt of reinforcement not less than 150gms/sqm) laid in primed surfaced application including preparation and applying two coats of Heat resisting Aluminium paint over APP membrane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing liquid /compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roof or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of concrete in roofs, floors, (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate in foundations filling and mass concrete, padding and similar works complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for100mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2, using 40mm graded aggregate for tank foundation over roof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Disconnecting existing tank setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair cleaning etc, and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in same position (cleaning repairing etc. mesured separately) exc 500 & n. exc 1000 ltr water tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes etc exc 500 & n. exc 1000 ltr water tank complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Refixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank cylindrical vertical with closed top 500 ltrs capacity hoisted and fixed in position including tank cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in repairs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank tripple layer cylindrical vertical with closed top 500 ltrs capacity hoisted and fixed in position connecting to inlet and outlet pipe connections with and including 20mm dia GI wash out with plug fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in repairs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank tripple layer cylindrical vertical with closed top 1000 ltrs capacity hoisted and fixed in position connecting to inlet and outlet pipe connections with and including 20mm dia GI wash out with plug fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F for PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring 75mm dia for spouts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L in repair to 15mm elbows brass both ends screwed and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repair to 15mm straight plain brass ferrules (or connecting screws) screwed both ends and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm PVC perforated caps screwed to ends of puff or vent pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 15mm ball brass valves high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipes or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in repair 20mm ball brass valves high pressure with polythene flot and flynut complete screwed for iron pipes or brass ferrule and fix complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in repair GI tubing medium grade of size 15 mm dia with and including all fittings fixed to walls or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

All as per item No. 20 above, but fixing only old GI tubing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded coarse aggregate in foundations of manholes as mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry C1 1:3:6 (20mm aggregate) with solid blocks exc, 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick plain cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4, using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in coping on top of wall, bed blocks, lintel band upto 1.5 m. span and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not.exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete 100 mm thick, type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast rubberised glossy concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS15658-2006 of 60mm thickness , M-35 Grade laid over 50 mm thick sand cushioning to interlocking paver block complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L precast cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in kerb stone etc.(of any section) with plain fair faces, including chamfers weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match set in CM 1:6 complete all specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed 110mm dia in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Removing excavated material n. exc. 50 M away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting on wall including preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces complete all specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations, manholes etc and getting out in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No-37 above but hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L 150mm bore RCC pipe class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collars laid on old/new PCC bed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate to drain pipes 150mm dia including packing under and haunching against the sides after they are laid & tested complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc. 25 cm in dense/hard soils complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Removing the excavated surplus soils to a distance exceeding 50mtrs but n.exc 250mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtrs from starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of RCC drain cover, slabs etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains and rendering, cutting out branch channel and making good in PCC (1:2:4) 150 mm Bore (internal diameter) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for RCC precast (1:2:4) type B1 in drain covers set in CM 1:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for MS TMT bars 10mm dia and over as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain channel n.exc 30cm inner girth in cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.
