Preparing Black top surfaces by brushing with steel wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags / air compresser to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kgs per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 over prepared surface by mechanical sprayer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour premixed bituminous macadam laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (Consolidated thickness 75 mm or less), by using 4% bitumen content any penetration using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 (confirming to IS-73-2006) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC), 40 mm thick (Consolidated average thickness) in single layer using paving bitumen of grade VG 30 with 5.5% binder content, mixed in hot mix plant and compacted with using 8 to 10 tonnes cap vibratory power road roller to achive the required compactness, camber and gradient finished complete including (Cutting of edges of roads straight and site clearance) etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note :-Semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be laid on the same day over bituminous macadam. Contractor shall be planned the work accordingly.

Material and labour for two coats of painting on road surfaces Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, of blue or as directed, including cleaning the surface by brushing/sweeping by brooms to remove all dirts, scales of oil, grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bituminous surfaces of road marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like not exc 10cm wide on road pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and avg 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil.

M & L broken stone or boulder hardcore of gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1: 4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring

Supply and spread river sand for cable cushioning in trenches all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class B bricks old size bricks, laid flat dry, in trenches with width of the bricks laid to the axis of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting the tar macadam road / hard standings for laying cable and excavating not exe. 1.5 wide and 1.5m in depth and getting out all as directed including filing back and finishing it with PCC complete matching with the surroundings.

M&L for GI pipes light grade galvanised with all fitting and fixed complete to poles/route/drains etc and ceillings or laid in floors of 40 MM dia.

M & L for providing PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded curssed stone aggregate) as in pillars, platform, beds and copping around poles etc complete incl necessary form works and finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded curssed stone aggregate) as in copping around poles etc complete incl necessary form works and finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Cutting the existing GI pipe lines upto 100 mm dia for insertion of 'T' including supply and fixing of 'T' of size 100x100x50 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate includes for excavation & earth work.

Supply and laying galvanized iron tubing, “Medium grade” 50mm dia laid in trenches with all fitting all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying galvanized iron tubing, “Medium grade” 25mm dia laid in trenches with all fitting all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Gun Metal Gate valve of size 50mm dia, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes all as specified and directed.

Construction of valve chamber of size 600x600x600mm internal size suitable for valves with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 foundation and brick wall in cement mortar 1:4 PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for coping rendering in CM (1:6) 15mm thick including provn of mild steel sheet cover 3.15mm thick on 40x40x6mm angle iron frame work with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer and locking arrrangement including necessary excavation earth work all as specified and directed.
