Providing galvd iron ridging of TATA SHAKTEE / SAIL including supplying and fixing necessary galvd screws/washers etc. complete as directed.

Providing wood work in frame (chowkaths) of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other similar works wrought, framed and fixed in position in contact with C.C or brick masonry wall including supplying, fitting and fixing with M.S. hold fast (40mmx3mmx250mm) as per design embeded in cement concrete block in proportion 1:2:4 and with two coats of kiricide oiling to the timber faces in contact with C.C and masonry as directed and specified.

Providing wood work in frame of false ceiling partitions etc.sawn, wrought, framed hoisted and fixed in positon with spikes, nails, M.S flat,angle/ cleats with bolt and nuts complete including kiricide oiling two coats to unexposed surfaces of the timber (M.S flats, angle cleats, and bolt and nuts required for flat, angle cleats wherever necessary shall be measured and paid separately)

Providing barge board of size 200mm x 20mm with 1st class local Hollock/ Bonsum timber including fitting and fixing with necessary wood screws etc. complete.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture(one coat) and of required shade on old wall surface to give an even shade,after throughly brushing the surface clean of all grease, dirt, loose pieces of scales including preparing surface even and sand papered smooth.

Finishing wall with two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior coatings of Unicem "Rakshak" brand of required shade by thinning 1ltr. of paint with 750ml of water to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials as specified and directed by the department.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces over 100mm in girth/width after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt snd other foreign matter , sand papering and knotting.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture(Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other matter.

Supplying, fitting, fixing anodised aluminium fittings of approved make, resonably smooth, free from sharp edges and corners, flaws and other defects and with counter sunk holes for screws including necessary aluminium screws etc. complete. Providing and fixing plain frosted glass of ordinary glazing quality beded in putty and fixed with/without wooden bidding including necessary cutting and glass to be required sized(payment for woodenbead shall be made separately)

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevant I.S. Code for R.C.C. work/ R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete (upto 1st floor)

Providing fitting, hoisting and fixing of roof trusses including purlins fabricated using MS circular hollow section conforming to relevant I.S. code, as per approved design and drawings including providing M.S. cleats, base plates, bolts and nuts and one coat of red oxide Zinc Chromate primer and two coats of approved enamel paints complete including fitting necessary cleats etc. for fixing ceiling joists as per design and drawing as directed.

Providing, fitting and fixing steel windows/ ventilators (openable) of standard rolled steel sections as per relevant I.S. Code-1038 joints mitred and welded with 15mmx3mmx100mm lugs embedded in cement concrete block of M-10 grade including providing and fixing of projecting hinges (not more than 65mm and not less than 15mm wide) bolting device and steel handles, peg stays of 300mm long etc. complete as per drawing including applying a priming coat of red-lead paint.

Providing plinth protection with bricks flat laid in cement mortar 1: 4 and finished with 15mm thick cement plaster in prop. 1:2 with a floating coat of neat cement finish.

Pre construction anti - termite treatment by applying in the entire levelled area after plinth filling and before laying floor by applying the emulsion @ 5 (five) litres per square meter of the surface to be spread with light rodding so as to ensure proper absorption by the filled up earth (supplying of necessary tools and accessories by the contractor) as per the direction of the Department complete.
