REPAIR AND MAINT OF DG SETS, STARTER PANELS AMF PANELS AND ITS ALLIED SERVICES AT DMS UNDER GE DINJAN

M&L for servicing of Diesel engine generating set of various capacity 30 KVA to 62.5 KVA of , Air cooled/Water cooled and carrying out to B check DG set as per manufactures maintenance norms and also carrying out following complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) Dismantling the engine parts/components as required and cleaning thoroughly by degreasing and de-carbonising all the rotary and static parts (b) Checking of all rotary and static parts of engine and adjust/repair the defects as required for satisfactory running of DG set. (c) Changing engine oil of DG sets. (d) Change of air filter. (e) Change of fuel filter, oil filter and by pass filter. (f) Change of water separator (g) servicing of governor hydraulic and calibrating (h) servicing of turbo charger and calibrating (j) servicing water pumps assembly (k) servicing to fuel injection pump (l) servicing to lub oil pump assembly (m) servicing to self starter 12 Volt (n) servicing to self starter Volt (o) servicing to charging alternator (Dynamo) 12 Volt (p) servicing to charging alternator (Dynamo) 24 Volt (q) After servicing/maintenace of DG set, testing will be done as per standard norms priscribed by OEM/BIS/ department policy in persence of authorised machenic/contractor, JE EM/ Engr-in-charge & a test report will be submitted to department with findings (r) Painting of the base of DG set with approved colour from engr-in-charge. (s) Cleaning the internal/external surface of DG Set and near by floor area all as directed by Engr in charge. Note :- (i) Any minor parts such as screw, washer, split ring, circlips and etc shall be supplied by the contractor and a rate for the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (ii) If any major part is found defective and needs replacements then new parts shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" under respective items of this schedule with Prior approval of Engr in charge. (iii) Completion of repair work should be carry out within 2 days by deploying maximum labour and resourses being the essentialness of the work. Make of DG set:- Kirloskar/Ruston/ Ashoka Leyland/Greaaves/Mahindra/cummins/eicher etc

All as per ser item No. 01 above but for DG Set of capacity 82.5 to 160 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No. 01 above but for DG Set of capacity 180 to 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Fuel filter element with 'O' ring/ Gasket/or any sealing arrengement for engine as per existing make and model for capacity upto 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair Lub oil filter with 'O' ring (Provisional) for engine as per existing make and model for capacity 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair Element air cleaner outer and inner complete set for engine as per existing make and model for capacity 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair AVR suitable for 250 KVA DG set complete all as specified and directed.
