M&L, three coats of white wash to undeorated surfaces of ceiling surfaces incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment, washing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces using electrical operated grinder and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint of make : weather coat of Berger / apex utima of Asian paints / Xtrapremium of Shalimar , over and incl of a coat of exterior wall primer over 3mm thick acryllic wall care putty as approved by Manufacture complete all as specified and directed.

M & L two coats of OBD on old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces over two coat acryllic wall care (Birla/JK white) putty and a coat of primer on walls after complete removal of existing treatmant incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M&L applying Two coat of white wash on old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan "ORISSA" pattern size 580mmx440mm, white with integral foot rest including cast iron 'P' or 'S' trap and connection to trap includintg cement concrete, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc. including making good to floor, complete all as specified.

Demolition of floor of WC (indian type water closet) and removing out the cinder / concrete from sunken portion, cleaning of concrete brick surface bottom and vertical sides to remove dust, loose particle with sand blasting compressed air grinding any sharp edges etc and including provision of the following treatment complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Cleaning of RCC surface to remove dust, loose particle etc with wire brush and compressed air. (ii) 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing compound with Sika® Plastocrete or equivalent in Pidilite / Fosroc plus as specified. (iii) Glass fibre reinfoced acrylic modified cementitious coating system with base coat of Sika Top seal-107 @ 1.50 Kg / Sqm Glass fibre reinforcement Sika® Fab-I and top coat with Sika Top® Seal-107 @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm or equivalent in Fosroc or Pidilite. (iv) Providing 25mm dia GI pipe spout projecting at least 150mm beyond outer face of wall. (v) Sunken portion to be filled with 40mm graded brick aggregate and finished with 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 complete all as specified and directed. (vi) Cost of the above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Note :- (i) The work will be executed by authorised manufacturers / applicator. (ii) All debries obtained from site will be thrown away out side MD land by contractor at his own expense.

Supplying & applying fiber reinforced UV resistant elastomeric liquid applied waterproofing & heat reflective coating with acrylic polymers and polyester/ glass fibres after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes over a coat of primer as per manufacturers instruction , complete all as specified and directed .

M&L 60mm thick Machine pressed factory made Precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks with using grey cement and no pigment of Grade M-35 of any size & shape confirming to IS 15658-2006 as directed such as I-shape, Uni, Octagonal, Three-X, Dumble, Zig Zag etc., laid over & including 25mm thick sand cusioning complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base for paver tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Factory made Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in road side kerb stone of size & shape as directed by Engineer-in-charge ,including necessary use and waste of form work if required and also including setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & as directed.

Removing all disintegrated and loose concrete of any thickness including plaster if any in RCC Column, Chajja, slab, beams, lintels etc, removing all loose rust / scale from exposed reinforcement bars by using wire brushes and sand paper including cleaning of exposed surfaces of reinforcement with protective anti corrosive epoxy bonding chemical (make : Pidilite) and tied reinforcement bars / IRC fabric 50mm x 50mm x 12gauge if reqd to reinforcement concrete bonding primer uniformly to exposed surfaces and applying cement mortar 1:3:1 with MPC (1 Part cement : 3 Part Sand : 1 Part 6mm coarse aggregate) to an average thickness not less than 20 mm and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of IRC 50mm x 50mm x 12 gauge or reinforcement bars and necessary formwork shall be deemed to be including in quoted rate.
