Cutting and removing of tree roots of girth more than 30cm including earth work excavation, refilling and compaction.

Providing and fixing concertina coil (Heavy duty) fencing with required dia 610 mm (having 50 nos. round per 6 metre length) up to 3m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or G.I barbed wire tied to angle iron all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.)/Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478gm/metre (cost of M.S angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately) Make: TATA or its equivalent

Providing two legged scaffolding for all kinds of stone masonry/ concrete / plastering/fabrication work/ fencing work, pointing etc.,using 10 - 15 cm dia best quality casurina poles of 4 mtr overall length (3+0.5m projection + 0.5m into the ground), the distance between two rows being 1.5m spacing of posts being 2 mtr in both rows with 2 horizontal posts with 0.5 mm overlap on either side and braces at 2 mtr centre to centre including longitudinals transiveres middle braces to step up and provide platform of width upto 1.2 mtrs wide casurina poles, forms tide up using coir rope complete as per specifications. One time measurement from ground level to 4 metres height or actuals for the payment. Erection of scaffolding for all works like dismantling works, S.S Masonary construction, fixing of MS angle, coping, pointing, cement mortar band, plastering, painting, fixing concentrina coil and other connected works.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work Recommended Brands [asian - apcolite gloss enamel OR Nerolac – synthetic enamel OR Dulux - Gloss enamel]

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) MAKE: asian (Apex Advance)

Carriage of material by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking at CFTRI auction yard Steel Lead upto 5 km

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead for all lead upto 10 kms including all lifts involved.
