M&L for providing roof treatment with APP modified water proofing membrane with the following specifications all as specified and as directed.

Removing existing roof/ chajjas treatment of any description and thickness including taking down existing plastering/ concrete of any thickness and cleaning the top surface of RCC slab with wire brush including removal of debris outside of MOD premises.

Brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm on cleaned RCC slab surfaces and rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with approved water proofing compound and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

Preparation of plastered surfaces by removing dust, dirt & applying oil bound bituminous primer at 0.3 litre per Sqm & providing APP modified water proofing membrane 4mm thick and weight not less than 4.5kg/ sqm reinforced with non oven polyester mat weight not less than 160gms per Sqm including minimum 10cm side/ over laps & including applying a coat of blown hot bitumen grade 85/25 over membrane at 1.2kg per Sqm & on drying applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint at 0.1kg/sqm.

NOTE: APP modified water proofing membrane shall be of any one of the approved makes as specified here-in-after and shall conform to specifications given IS 16540-2017/ IS 16532-2017. Contractor shall produce necessary test certificate of the manufacturer to the Engineer-in-charge before incorporation in the work. Necessary independent tests shall also be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the Deptt as per relevant IS specifications and membranes with satisfactory test results shall only be incorporated in the work.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China wash basin, white,flat back, oval type, size 630mm x 450mm, including brackets, (flat back or angle back type) any size, including cutting for and pinning in ends of pedastel stand, including of fixing of waste pipe, waste coupling, 32 mm dia Low density polyethylene pipes (LDPE) of pressure rating 6Kgf/sqcm fixed complete to walls, ceiling or in floors, including 15 mm bore long neck fancy type pillar taps, cast copper alloy, caspian heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' and 'cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe including 15 mm bore fancy type stop valves, cast copper alloy, chromium plated screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and 600mm PVC connection pipe etc. complete all as specified and directed.
