Construction of retaining wall and Manhole at North Disposal Network

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc., in earth work in all type of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work Kankar, moorum shingles including decomposed soft and hard rock etc., up to all heights stacking the excavated earth not more 3 meters clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers, when required into plinth and sides of foundation etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth up to including all leads and lifts complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1 cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth. including all leads and lifts complete in all respects and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron frame 30x30x5mm so as to give finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., with wooden ballies and battens height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- (Vertical surface such as well (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses plinth and string cources and the like etc. including all leads and lifts complete in all respects and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( 1cement: 5sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15% Plum and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in Retaining Walls/Breast walls , the size of plums shall usually be 150mm to 300mm as per H.P.P.W.D specification including all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respect. and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing PVC pipe 80 mm dia including all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Constructing manhole with R.C.C. top slab 15 mm thick in 1:1:5:3 mix ( 1cement: 1:5 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with 15 cm thick foundation concrete thick foundation concrete 1:5:10 ( 1cement: 5sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) inside plastering 15mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1cement: 3 sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) finished smooth complete including curing and testing as per drawings.

Inside size 900 mm x 600 mm and 600 mm deep including SFRC cover with frame HD-20 (steel fiber-reinforced concrete Manhole cover & frame) confirming to IS 12592 Part I & II-1988 with upto date amendments 130mm thick.

With 15 cm thick wall of RCC 1:1:5:3 ( 1cement: 1:5 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) complete with form work and reinforcement as per the drawing including excavation actual as per site.
