Supply and fix of air cooled inverter hi-wall split unit air conditioner electric driven, single phase with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with 5 star rating (Lable period 1st July 2022-31 Dec 2024) and EER 3.2 of cap 1.5 TR complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosures with socket plug top and MCB each single pole 20 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L of point wiring with two run of PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm (Red and Black colour), 1100 volts grade cable, FRLS, passing through PVC casing caping 25/32mm including accessories and S&F PVC modular metal flush box with modular white cover plate with frame, suitable for mounting modular fittings like switches, switch socket, fan regulator etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including one run of PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm (green colour) FRLS earth wire and connected to earth dolly for the following :-

One exhaust fan controlled by one way switch.

Supply and Fix angle iron stand for fixing of outdoor unit including fixing arrangement complete all as specified.

Supply and fix PVC drain pipe 25mm bore as outlet drain, fixed to wall with necessary saddles or laid under floor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Fixing and clamping jointing copper tubing of suitable size for 1.5 TR AC for suction line and for liquid discharge line duly insulated with and including nitrile rubber insulation material including making hole in wall for passing through and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, commissioning and testing of commercial air curtain unit for prevention of dust and conditioned air losses, single phase 220 V, 50 Hz, made out of MS/CRCA sheet of minimum thickness 18 gauge finished with two coats of red oxide primer and final coat of synthetic enamel paint (oven baked) with MS- CRC 18 gauge square perforated suction grills, Aluminium alloys fans and single phase electric motor, nozzles etc, complete with fittings and accessories so as to produce 1- 1.5 m/s air velocity at floor level for door opening of 70" x 78" size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, commissioning and testing of commercial air curtain unit for prevention of dust and conditioned air losses, single phase 220 V, 50 Hz, made out of MS/CRCA sheet of minimum thickness 18 gauge finished with two coats of red oxide primer and final coat of synthetic enamel paint (oven baked) with MS- CRC 18 gauge square perforated suction grills, Aluminium alloys fans and single phase electric motor, nozzles etc, complete with fittings and accessories so as to produce 1- 1.5 m/s air velocity at floor level for door opening of 58" x 78" size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in for sub main wiring in surface/recessed as site required with two single core PVC insulated unshethed FR copper conductor 1100 volt grade multistrand of size 4 sqmm stranded conductor and drawing through and including PVC casing and caping double locking type ISI marked including necessary accessories such as PVC square, elbow, junction boxes, bends, tees etc including continuous earth wire PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade, cable 4 sqmm copper conductor and connected to common earth dolly complete as directed. Note :- (i) One run of PVC casing caping, two runs of cable (Phase + Neutral) and one run of earth wire shall be measured and paid as one unit.

Supply and fixing replacement of Exhaust fan, Heavy duty, steel body AC single phase, 230 volts, 50 Hz of size 450mm sweep (18") with blades, frames and louvers including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable for suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing replacement of Exhaust fan, Heavy duty, steel body AC single phase, 230 volts, 50 Hz of size 300mm sweep (12") with blades, frames and louvers including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable for suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting hole in existing concrete or brick wall suitable for fixing 300/450mm sweep exhaust fan making good the hole including proper internal plaster work and surface finish in side and outside the hole as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Ener-in-Charge.
