The prospective Bidder shall be licensed Electrical Contractor and satisfactorily completed the similar/Electrical maintenance work as a prime contractor of value not less than Rs. 19.50 Lakhs (Exclusive of GST) in any reputed Industry/PSU/Government organization in the preceding five years (i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-2025, 2025-26). In proof of this, bidder should submit copy of single work/purchase order of total value not less than Rs. 19.50 Lakh (Exclusive of GST) and corresponding satisfactory performance/work done certificates issued by competent authority (in case of state/central Government/Government under taking from officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent cadre and in case of KPCL not below the rank of Chief Engineer) shall be furnished. (A weightage of 10percent per year is applicable to previous work/purchase order to bring the current price level of 2026-27).
The bidder in his name, should have in the last five years (i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-2025, 2025-26) achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 39 Lakhs (Exclusive of GST). In proof of this Turnover Certificate duly certified by Charted Accountant shall be furnished. (A weightage of 10percent per year is applicable to previous annual turnover to bring the current price level of 2026-27).
Those bidders whose contracts have been terminated/fore-closed by KPCL or whose performance has not been satisfactory while executing the contract of the above within last 5 years are not eligible to participate in the bid. The bidder shall furnish an undertaking in this regard (Annexure-A). Bidders shall furnish notarized declaration in Rs. 500/- Non-Judicial stamp paper in Schedule F.
Any bidder from a country which shares a land with India will be eligible to bid in this tender only if the bidder is registered with the Competent Authority.
The bidder shall upload scanned copies Electrical license.
The bidder shall upload scanned copy of Labour license.
The bidder shall upload scanned copy of Independent PF code registration Certificate.
The bidder shall upload scanned copy of ESIC Registration Certificate.
The bidder shall upload scanned copy of GST registration certificate.
The bidder shall upload scanned copy of Income tax PAN.
Successful bidder shall be ready to furnish performance guarantee & execute agreement as per format enclosed as Annexure-B & C.
Bidders shall furnish filled Schedules from A to I as per format enclosed.
