Point wiring for switch controlled primary light /Fan /exhaust fan points with 3x1.5 sq mm (P+N+E) FRLSH PVC insulated 660/1100 volt grade flexible stranded copper conductor wires of Polycab/ Finolex/ Anchor / Apar/ RR Kabels make, to be laid in existing recessed or surface conduitng system and incl the cost of supplying and fixing modular grid plate mounted flush mounted 240 volts 6 amp control switch with modular cover plate of Schneider /ABB /L&T /Legrand /Simens make , complete as per specification and as required to be provided nd fitted on GI boxes .The Job includes providing and laying of circuit wiring with 3 x 1.5 Sq.mm PVC Insulated multistranded copper to be laid through pvc conduit from DB to first switch in sub circuit complete job .(Separate wiring for normal and invertor supply is to be provided and no extra circuit wiring shall be paid what so ever reason or length) Complete as required .The job further includes providing and fixing of lighting deep Junction Boxes /Fan Deep Boxes made of factory fabricated sheet steel (Heavy guage) dully powder coated to be installed in slab for holding of lighting fixtures /ceiling fans(including cost of conduits with allied accessories)

Wiring for lightl power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface l recessed medium class PVC conduit (25 mm dia PVC Conduits including cutting of walls /floors with hydraulic cutters and refacing to original position by way of cement plastering /pop / paiting etc complete job ) including alongwith 1 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required. of Polycab /Finolex /Anchor/ Apar /RR /Salzer make.

Wiring for submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit (25 mm dia PVC Conduits including cutting of walls /floors with hydraulic cutters and refacing to original position by way of cement plastering /pop / paiting etc complete job ) as required. of Polycab / Finolex / Apar/ Anchor / RR Kabels /Salzer make.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing of 2 No's of 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet and 2 No's of 5/6 A modular switch, connections etc. as required. Supplying and fixing two module stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.( Anti backteria series of Schneider /ABB /L&T /Legrand / make)
