Taking down old U/S panel board/feeder piller box and also disconnecting all LT cable from it including re-connecting all LT cable with new one complete all as directed by Engr-in- charge.
Supply and Fixing Factory made LT feeder pillar box outdoor/floor /wall mounted (Double Door)suitable for 415V 3phase 4 wire 50Hz AC Supply system as specified .The panel should be powder coatedpaint for better environmental protection,made of CRCA sheet steel 3.15mm of size 900x600x400mm,along with Aluminium bus bar of 200A and one Main MCCB of 100A,25KA,4Pole making of foundation of the panel ,lugs and glang of suitable size ,Fixing and connection Included all as specified and as directed
Taking down old U/S earthing set from the existing location complete all as directed by Engr-in- charge.
M&L Earthing complete with Copper plate 600x 600x 3.15 mm thick, burried directly in ground ( earth pit not less then 2.25M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not more then 1.5M below ground level, connected to 20 x 3 mm Copper strip earth lead by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washers GI earth strip not lessthen 7.5m long with protected by 40 mm dia light grade pipe and other end connected to earth test point or main controling switch as directed including funnel with watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade GI pipe, wire mesh, charcol and common salt, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 casr iron frame cover, including necessary excavation , earth work in soft/loose soil and disposual of soil to a distance not exc 50 Mtr and necessary testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Pt- I , 19991 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge.
S&F On-Load change over switch I-O-II,WITH SS Enclourse of 320Amp 4pole,415V,all as specified and directed.Make-Havells cat no-IHCNFE0320 Note:-The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quated amount.
