M & L for preparing old black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with using air blower to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for apply cold Polymer Modified Emulsion (Rapid Setting ) (PME) mopping of total cold liquid PME 1.00 Ltr per sqm (undiluted) for two coats with mineral filler as recommended by manufacturer of PME (after diluting with water), each coat diluted in the ratio 1:1 (PME:Water) and ensure uniform finish of runway complete all as manufacturer instructions and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. The tenderer shall take into consideration the following points while quoting his rate for this item :- (a) Care shall be taken to fill wider gaps/cracks with 0.6 mm to 2.36 mm size coarse sand as per maufacturer's instruction. (b) Performance guarantee certificate for two year shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE on completion of the work as specifed.

M&L painting adequate number of coats for lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. On roads, pavements and the like exc 10 cm wide water base road marking paint white, golden yellow or of any tint approved MORTH, IRC and AAI including preparation of old painted pavement surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : Paint shall be applied as per manufacture instructions..

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen (VG-30) at 5 Kgs/10 Sqm of road surface using paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen VG-30 (by weight of total mix) using 6 to 8% waste plastic by weight of bitumen content (only plastic conforming to Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), PET and Polyurethane conform to the size passing 2.36 mm sieve and retained on 600 micron sieve shall be used) and not to be heated more than 180°C while mixing. Waste plastic mixing should be done using dry process as per para 6.1 of IRC:SP:98-2013. The waste plastic will not be provided by the department and the contractor to refer IRC:SP:98-2013 before quoting the rates. The mix shall be laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 ton power roller and tandem vibratory roller all as specified.

M&L for cleaning the road surfaces of dirts, seals, oil grease, and foreign materials etc. and applying 2.5mm thick marking strips/lines, dashes, arrows, (retro reflective) of white or yellow colour using hot thermo plastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paints applicator machine fitted with profile shoe glass beads dispencer, propan tank heater and profile shoe heater drive by operator on existing/ new road surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (glass beads shall not be less than 300 gms per sqm).

S&F in repair of two way reflective road stud cat eye reflective type of impact resistance ABS plastic body of dimension 100mmx100mmx20mm, reflective panel of amber, red/ white/ yellow/ blue/ green colour with dry & wet reflectivity, fixed at site as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified. (Make : 3M/ Dark Eye/ Sinor Infrastructure or equivalent).

S&F in repair of solar powered environment friendly, LED based road stud made of aluminium-aloy shell, 100% waterproof design of dimention 125mmx125mm, high efficiency mono-crystalline solar panel with rechargeable battery and light sensor, six super bright LEDs of colour red/ yellow, view distance : upto 1000meters, flash rate : 2Hz, bearable weight: 10tons approx, working time 3 to 4 days after fully charged battery, fixed at site as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified. (Make : 3M/ Dark Eye/ Sinor Infrastructure or equivalent)

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M&L preparation of newly plastered or unplastered concrete surfaces (obtaining smooth surface) of any description not otherwise described over 10cm girth or width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type D2 ,1:4:8 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type C2 ,1:3:6 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drain all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete Type B0 , 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ in cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, hold fast, bed plates, filling hollow section of pressed steel frame and the like including use and waste of form work, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound wherever required as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engr in Charge (WPC shall be measured & paid separately). .

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound ISI marked.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for hard standing including finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 75mm deep x 10mm wide,filled with sealing compound, grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) including finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured designed chequered cement concrete tiles of a size 300x300x25mm thick with white cement & pigment in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8 mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips.

Supply only 50mmx50mmx4mm dia chain link MS galvanised fencing or any size or type as directed by Engr in Charge, including line wires any type of standards rails, standing bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as per specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and tied to any type of standards rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire and taking down old fencing as directed by Engr in Charge.

Running Welding in repair thickness of metal to be welded exc 6mm but n exc 9mm and over cut to length bent to shape as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for design glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 450x300x7mm/ 600x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including 10mm thick rendering/backing coat in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coat of white wash on new surface of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Removing demolished material i.e. building materials, concrete, stone masonry, debris, tree roots, trunk, branches of any size etc. to a distance of 20Km or beyond, out of premises of metropolitian area, including loading, unloading by manually or by mechanical means (JCB) and to be transported through tractor-trolly or tipper and stacking at the destination as and when directed by Engineer-in-Charge during execution.

Excavation in trenches not. exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5 deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in,including spreading, levelling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning for under ground cable with locally available dry sand for protection of cable including spreading and consolidations complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250x150x40 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation,filling and mass concrete in foundation of poles with necessary plastering work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches /laid in floor/duct/drawn through conduit XLPE insulated,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100V grade with aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 10 sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and laying in trenches /laid in floor/duct/drawn through conduit XLPE insulated,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100V grade with aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 16sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing PVC cable loop box, size not less than 200 mm x 140 mm x 95 mm, out door type, IP 65 including 2 Nos, aluminum bus bar of size 25mmx5mm mounted on porcelain insulators with one MCB SP 6 amps 230 volts connected to street/gate light fitting sub main wire the cables to bus bars with using suitable GI nut, bolts and washers and aluminum lugs etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for sub main wiring from street light fitting to junction box with two runs single core PVC insulated cable with copper conductor multistranded 1100 volts grade 1.5 sqmm FRLS in and including heavy grade PVC conduit and its accessories with fixing arrangements on pole surface, wall, ceiling etc including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper earth continuity conductor and connecting to main earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.
