Earth work in Excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil up to the required depth including Moorum, stony earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting including dressing, leveling the bed and depositing the excavated materials away from work site with initial leads and lifts, T&P shoring, shuttering and dewatering if required etc, complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, & filling in foundation and plinth with good quality river sand including watering, ramming with cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc., complete (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:4:8) using 4cm(1½”) size hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete, watering, curing, centering & shuttering for covering columns, scaffolding etc, complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 0’-6” thick including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with sundries, T&P required for the work etc, complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C work of M-20 Grade having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200kg/sqcm in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS516 using 20mm down graded size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips as per the design mix of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compaction by using vibrators, watering, curing for 28days, centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth, providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of MS Rod or tor steel and binding wires & labour charges for bending binding and tying the grills etc. as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying, fitting & fixing in all floors of M.S. grills, grill gates, M.S. gates, made out of M.S Square bar/ flat as per approved drawing and design including priming with red oxide primer making holes in walls and R.C.C structure, wood work etc., and making good to the damages to walls with cement concrete (1:2:4) with hard crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm to 20mm size (20mm size not to exceed 25%) of approved quality with cost of all materials, labour, cost of welding, all T&P, sundries etc. complete in all respect as per specification & direction of the EI.C. Providing fitting & fixing of AI. Door with OEL anodized AI. Door top protion with 6mm thich plain black glass and bottom portion with 12mm thick pre-laminated Novapan board Data (3'-0" x 6'-6" = 19.5 Sft Or 1.81Sqm (23.76) including all materials, labour T&P, hire charges of machine, all taxes etc all completes in all respects as per the direction of Engineer charges.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with balustrade of size 32 x 32 x 2mm @ 0.90m c/c & stainless square pipe bracing of size 32 x 32 x 2mm in stair etc. Data for 3.26 Rmt including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and labour, T&P etc. complete.

2.5 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6 mm isize hgcb chips including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour T&P, hire charges of machine, all taxes etc all completes in all respects as per the direction of Engineer charges.
