Supply of following size of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS-7098 Part-I amended upto date etc. complete all as required and as specified in Technical Specifications. 3.5 core x 50 Sq. mm.

Supplying of following size HDPE pipe IS 4894:2016 or amended, PE-80, PN-10 along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers, end plug etc. complete as required and as specified in Technical specifications. 63 mm dia

Supply of 50 mm size dia. Medium 'B' Class GI Pipe as per IS 1239 part 1 complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 2 KVA UPS with inbuilt battery, 1 phase input, 1 phase output IGBT based rectifier true online double conversion robust design, compatibility with generator supply, user friendly LCD display, 1 phase, 50 Hz ± 5% etc. including all power and control interconnections complete as required and as specified in Technical Specifications.

Supplying, fabricatrion, installation, testing and commisioning of partitioned outdoor cubical enclosure of minimum size 0.5 Mtr Width x 0.6 Mtr Depth x 0.55 Mtr Height of MS Sheet 1.6mm thick Welded structure conforming to the IP 55, free standing dust and vermin proof, totally enclosed, suitable for UPS housing, mounted at the height upto 1.45 mtr. on 40mm dia. GI pole 03 Nos. with frangible breakable coupling. The breakable shall be grouted by cement concrete of 1:2:4 grade upto 0.3 Mtr deep from ground level. The cubicle enclosure shall be suitable for operation on 3 phase, 415 V, 50Hz AC system i/c. LED indications for supply ON/ OFF and providing 2 Nos. earthing stud outer side of the Panel, openable door on one side with locking arrangement, bottom 2 Nos. hole for cable entry of size 3.5 Core x 50 Sqmm 1.1 KV grade (or as required), painting, top slope with rain canopy, provision of air grill with mesh and providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 core sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) of size 2.0 mtr. X 2.0 mtr. X 0.1 mtr. all around the enclosure complete all as required comprising of following accessories including supply & fixing and as specified and as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge. a). Triple pole and neutral, 20 amps rating, 240/415 volts, 10 kA, “C” curve, MCB - 01 No. b). Space provision for placing the 02 KVA UPS - 01 No. c). Single Pole Neutral, 06 amps rating, 240/415 volts, 10 kA, “C” curve, MCB - 03 Nos. (Connected on UPS output) d). 01 No. Distribution board with 05 Amps, 05 Nos. socket. (Connected through SPN MCB)

Supplying and fixing of Single pole 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with double brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required and as specified in Technical Specifications. 3½ X 50 sq. mm

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm niminal size) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10 cm including inscription duly engraved as required and as specified in Technical Specifications.

Laying of following size HDPE pipe ISI marked along with existing accessories like socket, bend, couplers, end plug etc. with fitting, cutting and jointing etc. direct in ground 75 cm below ground level including excavation of earth and refilling the trench etc., complete as required and as specified in Technical specifications. a) 63 mm dia

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL /HDPE/ HDPE DWC pipe as required. Above 35 Sq.mm. and upto 95 Sq.mm.

Laying of existing following size dia. Medium 'B' Class GI Pipe in concrete upto the depth of 500 mm for cable crossing/ laying by cutting the bitumen/ concrete of suitable size for laying the pipe, including GI pipe threading, cutting, jointing of pipe & filling the gaps with top concrete of 100 mm and making good the surface matching with original finish etc. as required as specified in Technical specifiactions and as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge. 50 mm dia.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 3.5 metre long, 40 mm dia medium duty approved ISI Mark including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required and as specified in technical specifications.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe upto depth of 0.50 metre below ground level from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required and as specified in technical specifications.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.
