Note: i) The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

M&L for empting septic tanks and manholes of any depth by providing sewage suction vehicle of capacity 5000 ltrs (BMC Patteren) including necessray other arrangments such as sweepers to clean up the site after work and depositing the same outside MOD land as per existing rules and regulations of civil authorities and flushing the septic tank with fresh water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: i) The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor. Note:- ii) All precautions shall be taken by all workers while working in foul condition. iii) After cleaning vehicle will be contractors's property. iv) Contractors accredated representive shall be availble during cleaning. v) Complete process shall be completed in all respects within a day.

M&L for cleaning and removal of foreign material (silt, sludge etc,) from inside the Gully trap/WC Pan, Nahani trap, Floor trap etc including removing & re-covering of RCC/CI cover and foreign material (silt, sludge etc,) shall be buried in the ground to a distance not exc. 50 m , spreading of bleaching powder complete one or more times all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting out & removal of plants, shurbs with roots from the pipe, roof, brick/stone wall built in cement mortar & applying chemical GLYPHOSATE 41% SL (Soluble Liquid) mixed with water in the proportion of 1: 75, at the place to avoid re-growing of plants/roots & making good the disturbed portion of roof, wall in CM 1:3 at wall portion & PCC 1:2:4 at roof slab & matching the surface to existing finish like white wash, cement base paint, acrylic paint etc over 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including using jhulla and safety arrangement and disposal of demolished material/ waste out of M D land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Bldg/ ground/stilt plus 4 floors). Note: i) The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

M&L for cutting out & removal of plants, shurbs with roots from the pipe, roof, brick/stone wall built in cement mortar & applying chemical GLYPHOSATE 41% SL (Soluble Liquid) mixed with water in the proportion of 1: 75, at the place to avoid re-growing of plants/roots & making good the disturbed portion of roof, wall in CM 1:3 at wall portion & PCC 1:2:4 at roof slab & matching the surface to existing finish like white wash, cement base paint, acrylic paint etc over 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including using jhulla and safety arrangement and disposal of demolished material/ waste out of M D land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Bldg- 5th floor to 8 th floor.) Note: i) The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Material & Labour for removing cover slab of any description from drain / culvert and cleaning the drain / culvert removing soils, spoils, vegetation, silt etc and refixing the cover slab in existing position and making good disturbed surfaces and removing waste material outside MD Land complete all as directed by Engineerin-Charge. Note: i) The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

S & F in repairs Cast iron work grade FG 150, unmachined, in brackets, gully traps, gratings, railing, frames, manhole covers, fire and soot doors, dampers, stop valve boxes gate stops, parts of ranges, balusters and similar articles exc 5 Kg Each complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for providing factory made precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as cover slabs of size 600 x 900mm with plain fair faces including chamfers, weathering, throating and use of forms, moulds or machine moulds etc, setting in cement mortar (1:4) with joints to match complete all as specified .

M&L for providing factory made precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as cover slabs of size 450mm x 900mm with plain fair faces including chamfers, weathering, throating and use of forms, moulds or machine moulds etc, setting in cement mortar (1:4) with joints to match complete all as specified .

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) and finished even & smooth without using extra cement completed all as specified.

Material & Labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm including necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparing old decorated surfaces of wall and applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over including necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed.
