Providing and fixing gang saw cut thick mirror polished (Pre moulded & Pre polished) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement ,mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including edge moulding, rubbing , curing, granite polishing to give high glossy finish etc. complete. Granite of any colour as approved by the Engineer-in-charge. 16 mm thick

Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in beams, suspended floors, roofs, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills including the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing but excluding cost of reinforcement. All work upto floor V level.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete . Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Providing and laying Double charged vitrified floor tiles of size 600mm x 600 mm (8-10 mm thick) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to lS: 15622 of approved make (Johnson/RAK/Kajaria) in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete.

Removing dry or OBD or water proofing cement paint etc by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacture over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (Two or more coats) on new surface including applying a priming coat with cement primer.

Providing and fixing powder coated 50 microns aluminum work (10 gauge) for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, metered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. For frames and shutter of door windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots, handles, tower bolts, eye hooks/window stays, including the cost of PVC/neoprene gasket 5mm glass panes/12mm laminated board on both sides, hydraulic door machine where ever required complete job as required. The Spacing of Vertical members not to exceed 4’-0” & section to be used is 104 mm x 44.45 mm.

Providing and fixing 19 mm thick waterproof plywood of approved make (Green/Century) for making Cupboards etc. including applying a priming coat of wood primer on exposed surface and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick Sunmica of approved quality (Make Formica, Green, Bloom) including cost of Fevicol, Nails etc complete
