Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings upto 15 Mtr height all as specified and directed. Note : The rate for necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No extra payment shall be made separately.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including removal out of MD land (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) at the height of 10 to 15 Mtr. Note : The rate for necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No extra payment shall be made separately.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume sheet having aluminum zinc coating with hot dip alloy of GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with fixed using hot dip galvanized, self drilling and self tapping screws neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetrations and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fastners etc. completely all as specified and directed. upto maximum height of 15 Mtr. Note : The rate for necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No extra payment shall be made separately.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified upto maximum height of 15 Mtr. S&F Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc, fixed with self tapping screws as specified upto maximum height of 15 Mtr. Note : The rate for necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No extra payment shall be made separately.

S&F 1.60mm thick Plain, Aluminium sheeting, Alloy in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) fixed using self tapping screws including filling of all joints with requisite water seal compound manufactured by Fosroc/Dr fixit/Asian for proper water tightness in valley gutter. The sheet to be moulded in requisite shape & size with machine/factory. The minimum lap in longitudinal/horizontal to be provided upto 15 cm with complete sealed with requisite nut/bolt/screw/welding & proper water tightness to be provided with water seal compound. The warrenty/ gaurantee of water seal compound will be provided as per manufacturer's instructions including necessary scaffolding and safety measures upto 12m height complete all as specified and directed by EIC. The rates for all activity shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. Make :- Jindal/Hindalco/Indalco or euivalent approved by GE/ E-in-C branch. M&L for Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, ribets and welding if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 including dismantling of existing supports/straps & sections of any type and size upto maximum height of 15 Mtr

S&F in repairs 1.25 MM thick plain black, mild steel sheeting for Head Hopper type Square type, Flat or Corner Type adequate for 150 mm dia and requisite depth as per site, Rainwater downtake pipes etc upto maximum height of 15 Mtr.
