Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc.,and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: G.S. Sheet

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²)

Applying a coat of mordant solution on G.S. sheet: With a solution of 38 gms of copper acetate in a litre of soft water

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : New work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand)

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in- charge. Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door,window, ventilator shutters and pattiitions etc with EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc complte as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer in charge.(Cost of Aluminum snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5mm thickness (weight not less than 12.5 kg/cm2)

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing mineral fibre false ceiling tiles at all heights of size 595X595mm of approved texture, design and pattern. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance ? 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6 &7)in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 15x32mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel item (galvanised@80gsm) 50 mm long 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’. The system should rest on periphery walls /partitions with the help of GI perimeter wall angle of size24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick sheet, to be fixed to the wall with help of plastic rawl plug at 450 mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall S.S. screws. The exposed bottom portion of all T-sections used in false ceiling support system shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all heights. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the engineer-in-charge. With 20 mm thick beveled tegular mineral fibre false ceiling tile (NRC 0.7)

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

25 mm thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762 mm X 25 mm or less as per requirement with an average wall thickness of 1 mm (± 0.3 mm). PVC foam end cap of size 23x10 mm are provided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25 mm. M.S. tube having dimensions 19 mm x 19 mm and 1.0 mm (± 0.1 mm) is inserted along the hinge side of the door. Core of the door shutter should be filled with High Density Polyurethane foam. The Top & Bottom edges of the shutter are covered with an end-cap of the size 25 mm X 11 mm. Door shutter shall be reinforced with special polymeric reinforcements as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge to take up necessary hardware and fixtures. Stickers indicating the locations of hardware will be pasted at appropriate places

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length(hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall b paid for separately) Kiln seasoned and chemically treated Hollock Wood

Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with awall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100 mm size, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineerin-Charge.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Old Work (one or more coats)

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 150x10 mm

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18mm thick stone slab over 20mm (average) thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Polished Granite stone slab colour of Black ,Cherry/ Ruby Red or equivalent

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shed :Old work( two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10m2) on existing cement paint surface
