Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5mtr wide and n.exc 1.5mtr deep in soft/loose soil and getting out for laying of pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches includinguding , spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out CI/DI/MS pipe 200 mm bore in any type, any length includinguding fittings, control valves from the trenches/on pillars or in any condition and burning of lead joints for recovery of lead and cleaning, flushing segregation, stacking for includinguding deposting the unserviceable pipes/cut pieces complete all as specified and directed. M&L for brick masonary valve pit of size 1200x1200x1200 mm (internal dimensions of chamber) includinguding 23cm thick wall built in CM 1:6, 15mm thick plain cement plaster internally in CM 1:4 and flush pointing externally as the work proceeds, PCC 1:5:10 type E2 in foundation 156x156cm size 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in floor, 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 as coping over brick work, MS sheet cover with locking arrangement inluding lock of size 112x112cmx3 mm thick fixed to angle frame made out of 40x40x3mm angle iron, MS handle to sheet cover, MS hinges welded to frame and sheet cover, painted with two coats of synthetic black paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel work(internal and externally on steel work), two coats of white wash on plaster work includinguding excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Desilting and removal of dirty water and sludge with wire brush inside wall and floor surfaces to remove impurities. (c) Cleaning of walls, ceiling and bottom of tank by high pressure water jet and bleaching powder. (d) Removing mud/impured material to a distance 10m away from sump. (e) Writing capacity and date of cleaning (Cleaned on___) with white and black synthetic enamel paint.

All as per serial item No. 74 above but over head water tank of upto 18 mtr of staging (Height of OH Tank) of any capacity

Cleaning the vegetation includinguding grass, bushes, small trees and all vegetation growth complete includinguding digging out the root of bushes, small trees around the installation/sump/OH reservoir, valve chamber, includinguding chamber etc filling the rough holes with earth, levelling the surfaces by removing all debris to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting and trimming of tree branches of girth upto 100 mm dia and 3 mtr all around of any size over head tank/UG sump including removing trimmed tree branches complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Each cut shall be measured and paid

M/L for bacteriological and chemical analysis of water (sample of borewell water) from DIRECTOR OF HEALTH SERVICES, ENVIRONMENTAL AND POLLUTION CONTROL WING, Pathankot NOTE : (a) The water sample shall be carried in sterilised bottle/watercan which will be issued by DIRECTOR OF HEALTH SERVICES, ENVIRONMENTAL AND POLLUTION CONTROL WING, Pathankot (b) The rate quoted shall be deemed to includingude transportation cost & cost of sterilised bottle

Dismantling of mild steel work of any description includinguding cutting, welding etc and S&F mild steel framed work such as ladders, walkways, railings, framework of water suplly installation and similar work confirming to FE-290, Grade E-165 includinguding necessary welding, fixing with necessary cement work, includinguding painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/out old unserviceable Sluice Valve of size 80mm to 200mm bore from various locations, fixing only Sluice Valve includinguding jointing material such as rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts & washers of suitable size in any description and old unserviceable items deposited to AGE E/M-II Store yard complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Cost of jointing material such as rubber gaskets, bolts, nuts & washers of required size are deemed to includingude in this rate. (b) Sluice Valve will be supplied under Sch B item.

Taking down old unserviceable NRV/Check Valve of size 100mm to 200mm from various locations, Fixing only NRV/Check Valve includinguding jointing material such as rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts & washers of suitable size in any description and out old unserviceable items deposited to AGE E/M-II Store yard complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Cost of jointing material such as rubber gaskets, bolts, nuts & washers of required size are deemed to includingude in this rate. (b) NRV/check valve will be supplied under Sch B "Free for fixing"

Taking down/out old unserviceable Change over switch of capacity 400/200 Amps from various locations, fixing only Change over switch includinguding making connection to existing old LT cable of any size/type to incoming/out going terminals by provision of necessary cable lugs, cable glands, nut, bolt and washers etc. Old unserviceable items shall be deposited to AGE E/M-II Store yard complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Cost for connecting of existing old UG cable of any size/type to incoming/out going terminals by cutting the required length, addn/altrn and provision of necessary cable lugs, cable glands, nut, bolt and washers, etc. shall be includinguded in the quoted rates. (b) Change over switch will be supplied under Sch B "Free for fixing"

Supply and fixing cast iron sluice valve PN-1.6 300 mm bore with steel spendle and CI wheel flanged ends drilled holes includinguding jointing material such as rubber gaskets, bolts, nuts & washers of suitable size includinguding taking out existing sluice valve and removal from site all as specifed and directed.

M&L for preparation old steel painted surface and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint to sluice valve, NRV and suction and delivery pipe line (of any size/capacity, length n exc 5meter) as per the existing colour code (blue/black) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L For Painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint as per the existing colour (black) by preparation of old surfaces for Sluice valve/NRV of any size upto 200mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L For replacement of board of size not more than 60 cm x 40 cm made of arcylic sheet of thickness not less than 3mm, outer framing of PVC/Wooden of adequate size with smoky grey background, with printed letters in white/black colour with border (as per sample) supply and installation complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 96 above but board of size 1.5 mtr x 0.60 mtr without frame with embossing/ printing water supply installations schematic diagram on grey color back ground including suitable hanging arrangement (as per sample).

M&L in replacement of GI fittings (ISI marked) such as Tee, elbow, plug, bend, reducer socket, union socket, nipple socket etc suitable for 15 mm to 80 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Total amount of SCHEDUL 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs 1,33,604.00 ( to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
