Brick work with Fly ash bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cmsize having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth including all cost, conveyance, royalty, labour with T&P, curing and all other incidental charges but excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in - charge.

Brick work with Fly ash bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cmsize having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in superstructure including all cost, conveyance, royalty, labour with T&P, curing and all other incidental charges but excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in - charge.

16 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over brick masonry including all cost, conveyance, royalty, labour with T&P, curing and all other incidental charges but excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in - charge.

12 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over brick masonry including all cost, conveyance, royalty, labour with T&P, curing and all other incidental charges but excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in - charge.

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for concrete works in RCC slabs, chajjas, foundation, footing bases of columns, plinth band, beams, column, grider and bressmer,etc including false work and dismantling the same after casting and removal of debris away from work site, including all cost, conveyance, labour with T&P and all other incidental charges excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in - charge.

Mild Steel Iron work wrought and put up in grated doors, windows and cage latrines etc using M.S. angle,flats, plates etc as per drawing and technical specification including supplying, fitting and fixing in proper position with all cost, conveyance, labour with T&P and all other incidental charges but excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in - charge.

Priming one coat with an approved primer on new steel work including all cost, conveyance of all materials, labour with T&P etc. and all other incidental charges but excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in - charge.

Painting two coats with an approved paint (enamel paint) on new steel work after application of primer (excluding cost of priming) including all cost, conveyance of all materials, labour with T&P etc. and all other incidental charges but excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in - charge.
