M&L for Mild steel framed work such as posts , railing and fencing work and similar work to conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310.0 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix in repair for stainless steel of grade SS-304 ,mirror polished square ,rectangular or circular pipe of different size of security gate, balusters and railing,chain or letters of any height etc , including stainless steel arc welding and bright finishing by polishing with grinding buffing etc,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair PVC coated chain link Mild Steel galvanised fencing mesh of size 50x50mm , having 3mm dia wire with minimum 1mm thick PVC coating [5mm overall dia] complete fixed to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts , etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Supply only of MS flat iron, Rod & MS bolts shall be measured & paid under relevant items of Schedule.

Supply only Mild steel bars 10mm dia for support to chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only Mild steel flat iron as in fillets for securing wire mesh including necessary drilling holes for bolts and welding confirming to Fe-310-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only screw bolts 10mm dia machine made hexagonal or square head at one end screwed the other or screwed both ends to be fitted with washers & one hexagonal or square not exc 150mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Surface excavation not exc (not exceeding) 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded aggregate exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over a backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on concrete or brick masonry surfaces including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacurers instructions and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound [ISI marked] of approved make.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc and gettiong out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Reinforced Cement Concrete M-30 Design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams etc., and mass concrete including formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F Mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment Fe 410-W (Gde E250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour for preparing new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coated of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc yellow primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Cutting holes in bricks/concrete walls for inserting 'Y' angles and making good dismantled portion with Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Nominal mix Type B-1 using 20mm stone aggregate or CM 1:4 including formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour for mild steel work made out of Mild steel flat like clamps, bolts and nuts etc and connected items including painting with 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m depth and getting out including forming of bottom for laying cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling using excavated soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cms complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
