WORK SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF BOUNDARY WALL AT AFS HASI MARA

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep for foundation, etc, n.exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5m but n.exc. 3m deep for foundation, etc, n.exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for foundation, filling, mass concrete etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (design mix) of grade M-25 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregrate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc, basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

M&L for RCC (design mix) of grade M-25 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregrate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

M&L for RCC (design mix) of grade M-25 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregrate) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like, any thickness, above top of footings, including attached pilasters and buttresses, complete all as specified and directed. Use and waste of steel form work to to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments,parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc. vertical or to batter, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over (Grade not less than Fe-500D), cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binder (Grade not less than Fe-500D), cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia., or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rolled mild steel hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for 600mm dia barb (unstretched) conseczal super razor punched tape (SRPBT) aluminium base helix coil with and including necessary for securing, fixed on wall with existing angle iron Y shaped, with horizontal rainforced barbed wire tied with GI staples and GI fixing clips to certain horizontal, complete all as specified and directed. Note (1) : No of circles - 56 turns per coil, weight of each coil with hessian pack 14.63 Kg (+ 0.5), coverage per coil - 12 RM, heavy galvanized IS 1730 & IS 289 (2006), central core wire :- Made from 2.5mm dia (+ 0.05mm) GI - H.T.S.S wire as per IS -4454 Part l grade SM UTS : 1600N / Sqmm with zinc coating of 200 gm per sqm, Tensile strength of wire 1400-1500 N/Sqm, blade length- 22mm, MBBT distance between barbs 35mm, galvanized as per IS-2629, Razor punched strip - Razor punched tape is CONSEC-ZAL steel comprising of aluminium base with zinc alloy @ 150 gm per Sgm confirming to ASTM A-792 / A- 792M with additional primer treatment of epoxy / polyurethane of 2-m micron thick and final paint top coat of certified green shed (BSL 139) by hot dipping process of 15 micron thick, length of barb 23.5mm (+1 mm), width of barb 18.6 mm (+ 1mm), centre to center pitch 36mm (+ 1mm), centre width 7.4 mm (+ 1mm), GI fixing accessories "C" clip 2mm wire diameter, 40mm long, 15mm center dia "U" clip 1mm thick, 28mm straightened length, " J" clip:- 31mm length, 8mm width, 1mm thick. Note (2) : Weight of concertina coil shall be finalized through BOO. (ii) Running length of the fencing shall be measured for payment purpose. (iii) Barbed wire shall be measured for paid seperately.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of water based 100% acrylic weather proof exterior emulsion paint of approved colour and shade, alkali & fungal resisatance (over a coat of exterior emulsion primer) as per manufacturere's instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide, zinc crome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grill, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barrel iron doors, ladders framed balusters, walks railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165), complete all as specified and directed.
