M&L for 100 mm th PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stonr aggregate) as in flooring including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement with and including plastic dividing strips, 1.5mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repairing of RCC projections ,chajjas,roofs,facia,etc.by necessary preparations i.e.scrapping cutting,chiseling,dusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement ,surface of damaged,loose RCC surface and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surface with cement cencrete (1:2:4) using 12.5mm garded crushed stone aggregate and finished with cement sand mortar (1;3) using coarse sand in patches area n exc 5 sqm each and thickness of RCC member exc 50mm including applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surface in at any height all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge Note : Cost of all scaffolding/form work and welded mesh for bldg height upto 12m ,shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.

M&L for preparation of affected concrete and steel surface as in ceiling of roof slab, beams & chajjas by cleaning with metallic wire brush scrupulously and carrying out the following operations stepwise :- (a) Applying rust remover solution on steel bars by using cotton waste swab or by brush and leave the surface for 15-30 minutes. Remove the loose rust particles by scrubbing with brush and wash the steel surface with water. (b) Apply red oxide primer over cleaned steel surfaces. Apply epoxy bonding agent (adherent solution) over cleaned dust freed old concrete surface. Apply polymer mortar with the help of trowel in single or multilayer as an when required during application and finishing the surface even and smooth. Notes :- (a) The bars which are corroded badly need to be strengthen by placing new bars by means of welding with proper splice length and will be measured and paid separately under appropriate item. The rate of item includes necessary formwork, shuttering, scaffolding, staging hall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.
