Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, all as specified in Preamble 8B. 3.1 of SSR Part -II (2010) and all as shown on drawing of SSR Part-II (2010) complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site all as per instruction and drawing shown for item No 8080 of SSR Part II on Sl Page No 156. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing extruded aluminium anodised 100mm long butt hinges with galvanised mild steel screws complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for Glazed ceramic tiles of size 300mm x 200mm x 7mm thick (coloured) of superior quality fixed on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry in cement screed over & including rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for vitrified cerameic tiles 9 to10mm thick light shade (square/rectangular ) digital designer polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floor/skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6, including dismanling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No. 28 above on vertical surfaces such as skirting incl including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.

Supply and fixing in repair bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule for 15mm bore dia of pipe complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing in repair 15mm bore pillar taps, fancy type, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.
