Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washers etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes and painted with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint complete, tubes conforming to IS 1161-1998 all as specified and directed.

Framed work as in gates including pintle hinges, stops, and work shop made sliding bolts etc. confirming to Fe 410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-A all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick/stone massonry work built in cement mortar as in wall including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as directed.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item 08 above but using old brick after cleaning

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

Rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Applying three coats of white wash including preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls.

Rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair.

Applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls

Powder coated aluminium window and ventilator shutter made out of hollow extruded aluminium sections as mentioned below with and including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws/U section to hold glass & wiremesh, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.) hinge type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.), Hinges 02 nos complete all as specified & directed comprising the following :- (a) All rails stiles shall be 83-84mm x 44-45, 2.00mm thick

9mm thick pre-laminated particle board, interior grade, pre-laminated both side with decorative choice lamination, ISI marked ( IS: 12853) fixed as panels in aluminium joinery etc in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames n. exc 1.5 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) including cutting out holes for taking out holdfasts and filling the same with PCC 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) , forming jamb if required and plastering jamb cill soffits with CM 1:4 full thickness of wall and side of walls if broken upto 300mm each side during dismantling and making good surfaces with preparation and painting the surfaces with two coats of matching colour on outer and inner surface of wall complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate also includes labour and material cost of PCC and bricks if required to make good the surface jambs , plastering and painting with matching shade upto complete satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of PCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for including removal of spoils/ demolished materials etc complete all as specified and directed.

100mm thick PCC type D2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate (as in sub base) including use and waste of form work if any required, finishing the surfaces even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and as directed.

75mm thick PCC type C-2 , 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and similar work

Dismantling floor, hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but excluding backing), removing unserviceable tiles from outside of CH (WC) Chm complete all as directed.
