Fabrication, Supply, Dismantling, erection & Commissioning of worn out coils of Economizer of 110 TPH ISGEC Make Boiler as per IBR & Exactly as per sample. The scope of the jobs is as follows: a. Dismantling, Supply, Erection of partially Economizer Coil as per IBR. b. Supply of Economizer Coil, Size-38.1 mm OD X 4.06 mm Thk X apprx-130 Meter Length (Middle one Compartment) , Material-SA 210 Gr.A1, Make- TATA, No.-02. c. Tool and Tackles/Man Power Mobilization. d. Cutting Gas, Welding Rods, Filler wires or any other consumables. e. Hydraulic Testing and IBR Clearance. f. Carry out Refractory an insulation work. g. All formalities, approvals & Permissions from IBR office. h. Lodging/Boarding/fooding will be arranged by contractor. i. Vendor Should be IBR approved Contractor against 110kg/cm2 working pressure.
