Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exceeding 1.5 sqm and not exceeding 4 sqm each and stacking at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast concrete block masonry with precast solid blocks in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregat) in wall over 10 cm thick, set and jointed in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for forming jambs, etc. to openings (to foregoing item), including cutting,toothing and properly bonding into old work, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work in Cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing powder coated aluminium frame for doors, partition wall and sliding windows with one or more rebates, wheels including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing powder coated aluminium door shutter, aluminium section weight 0.55kg/m including necessry jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, 2 Nos handles in each door, hinges, anodized aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for prelaminated particle board 12mm thick exterior grade prelaminated both sides with decorative choice lamination fixed to aluminium door/ partition etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 5.50mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with beading in squares exceeding 0.50 square metre in each pane fixed to aluminim frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Door closure aluminium (extruded section body) hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed to aluminium door complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 75mm long Aluminium 4 lever mortice lock vertical type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed to aluminium door complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing powder coated aluminium snap grid of size 605 x 605mm as in frame work for false ceiling all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel frame work such as grills,gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing exposed metal frame ceiling with 8 mm thick calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre suitable for fixing in 600 mm x 600 mm grid complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Schedule 'A' Part-I.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light point controlled by one switch with 1100 Volt grade single core ISI marked with IS 694, PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) with continuous earth wire of 1.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) ISI marked PVC insulated-unsheathed, drawn in and including PVC casing and capping (ISI marked ) of suitable size, (colour coding of wires for Phase , neutral and earth wire shall be all as specified) sunken MS/ pressed steel boxes not less than 1.6 mm thickness painted with black bituminous paint outside and two coat of aluminum paint inside for housing switches, socket, fan regulator etc. covered with 2.8 mm thick hylem laminated sheet (ISI Marked) with screws, including making good disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling/floor complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cost of cutting /leaving forming chases for sunk boxes and making good shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Material and labour for point wiring for one 16 Amps socket outlet point on independent board, controlled by one switch with 1100 Volt grade single core confirming to IS 694 (1990) PVC insulated unsheathed 2.5 Sq mm multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) for phase and neutral, ISI marked with continuous earth wire of 2.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) ISI marked, with proper colour coding of Phase, Neutral & Earth, drawn in and including PVC casing and capping ((ISI) marked ) of suitable size, with sunken MS/ pressed steel boxes thickness not less than 1.6 mm painted with black bituminous paint from outside and two coat of aluminum paint inside for housing socket covered with 2.8 mm thick hylam laminated sheet ( ISI Marked ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Supply and fixing LED 36 watt recess mounted 2'x2' light fitting with diffused acrylic cover with all accessories having High lumen output, driver PF >0.98, having over voltage protection upto 400 volts, surge protection level 7-10 kv, thermal short circuit protection THD <10%, made up of long life LED chips(SMD) in modular with Ra >70 and LED lumen efficiency >120 lumen per watt, and connected with surface mounted square Back lit panel 2 x 2 LED luminaire with diffuser 3 core flexible copper cable PVC insulated of size 1.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The contractor shall give warranty for light fitting including driver minimum for 3 years for any defects developed during the period.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE Insulated Screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm, 3.5 Core, ISI marked with IS-7098(Part-II) laid in cable trenches/Duct/Wall/surfaces/Pipe including termination with brass compression glands and copper lugs as required at site complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Testing for IR and continuity shall be recorded before and after laying of cable. (ii) Suitable glands and copper lugs for end termination of cables shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the dept. (iii) No straight through joint shall be permitted.

Supply and fixing sheet metal vertical TPN DB double door type 415 Volt suitable for 4 way with 200 amp rated bus bar suitable for RCBO/MCCB/DP/SP complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) MCBs/RCBO/Isolator shall be measured & paid separately under respective item. (ii) MCBs/RCBO/Isolator shall be of same make.

Supply and fixing RCBO (residual current breaker with over current protection) 4 pole , 63A, 10KA, 415 V ISI marked with sensitivity of 100mA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB DP 40A, 10KA, 230 V, 'C' curve ISI marked for AC supply complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SP 6-10A, 10KA, 230 V, 'C' curve ISI marked for light point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SP 10-20A, 10KA, 230 V, 'C' curve ISI marked for power point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing plug in boxes for rising main/Busbar trunking to branch out connection of 100Amps rated with MCCB 16 KA ISI marked, 4 pole, 50 Hz complete with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody to hand over to user and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Old dismantled items shall be handed over to the user.

Removing old existing ceiling fan/Air circulators/light fittings any type and handing over to the user complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the existing Smoke/fire detectors and re-fixing the same smoke/fire detectors complying with photovoltaic/optical with base with self built intelligence as per IS-11360 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level at any type of strata) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected by 32 x 6 mm GI strip as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt, thimbles, check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate,with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x 300 mm, 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire mesh, precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 pit cover of 320 x 320 x 80 mm size (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4 Kg/Sqm and charcoal, dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part -1 (2009) and specified including and provision of GI strip upto 7.5 mtr long with 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all excavation and earth work and connecting the earthing strip to panel including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Cost of additional GI strip beyond 7.5 m shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-III (ANTISTATIC FLOORING)

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable items to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete Type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) slab flooring, surface finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for foundation etc., or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thickness as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing light grade 50mm dia for cable/earthstrip protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Copper strip 20 x 3.15 mm size on inner wall of room fixed on insulators at an interval of 0.4 metre by means of GI screws using nylon rawl plug in drilled holes complete for connecting with shim grids and earthing network complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning advanced encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe in pipe technology upgraded (Zinc and alloy coated), Zinc Coating (80-100 microns) with pure Zinc (99.9%) & Alloy Coating (200-250 microns) complete confirming to IS : 3034 and having following specifications and as directed. (a) The outer and inner pipe shall be 41.9 mm dia and 26.4 mm dia respectively, 2 metres length, zinc and alloy coated with additional alloy coating 300 mm on the top side for additional protection of the terminal. (b) The annular space between the pipes shall be filled with COMPACT FILL (CF) (Crystalline Conductive Compound). (c) The COMPACT FILL (CF) mixture which is machine pressed in the pipes shall not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. (d) The inner pipe shall be extended with terminals for connectivity complete all as directed. Make :- "ASHLOK" Model - ASSEL-19 2 m length (ZC & AC)

Notes : (i) The job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by Electrolite/Conductolite Back Fill Compound (BFC) (Ground Enhancer). (ii) The BFC shall be ecofriendly and it shall not contain environmental hazardous material/metal having ROHS certification from NABL accredited Lab. (iii) The earth pit shall be provided with a FRP earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals. (iv) In areas where soil condition is bad, good earth shall be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the same with BFC 2 bags (as per soil condition) extra per pit/unit. (v) The material shall have good electrical conductivity & anti-corrosion property in wide range of soil conditions. (vi) Complete work shall be executed all as per manufacturer's instructions. (vii) All the above mentioned dimensions may vary +/- 1 mm. (viii) The quantity of BFC shall be increased according to soil condition & to achieve the earth resistance value less than 1 ohm.

Provision of Antistatic discipitative high pressurized vinyl tiles of size 2.0 mm thick 600 x 600 mm size,Copper shim of size 50 mm x 0.05 mm thickness confirming to the following: (a) Dimensional stability : 0.05% (b) Residual indentation : 0.05 mm. (c) Static load : 1500 pounds/Sq feet (d) Wear group : M (e) Slip resistance : 0.6 for flat surface(U) =0.89 (f) Electrical resistance : 10^6<R<10^10 Ohms (g) Body voltage generation : <10 Volts. (h) Fire resistance generation : Difficult to ignite/low smoke developments. (j) Aesthetics : High (k) Unique features : The tile shall contain punctuated Carbon veins running through the cross sectiion of the tiles to provide suitable discharge path and effective surface to ground resistance.

Notes : (i) The floor preparation shall be bacteriostatic in nature, chemical resistance and slip resistance as per industrial regulations. (ii) Specification shall be compliance to : ENI 14041 (iii) The floor shall be cleaned to be free from dust, oil, grease, levelled to uniform surface without any undulation. The sub floor shall be levelled prior to installation of these tiles. 100 % conductive adhesive shall be applied to the finished floor for securing the tile and Copper shims on the floor diagonally opposite ground points. Grid shall be prepared with Copper shims of size 50 mm x 0.05mm thick 600mm centre to centre in two planes for the floor continuity. The conductive tiles shall be fixed to floors by conductive adhesive without any air gaps between floor and tiles and thereby ensuring the surface is equal potential as per requirement laid down by EOS/ESD specification society. The joint shall be welded to greater aesthetic look with same colour.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-IV (AIR CONDITIONING)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning inverter type split units indoor & outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with inbuilt air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and EER 4.70 of capacity 2 TR suitable for 230V AC supply, 50Hz complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning commercial Air curtain unit for prevention of dust and conditioned air losses, three phase 440 V, 50 Hz, made out of MS/ CRCA sheet of minimum thickness 18 gauge finished with two coats of red oxide primer and final coat of synthetic enamel paint (oven baked) with MS - CRC 18 gauge square perforated suction grills, Aluminium alloy fans and single phase electric motor, nozzles etc, complete with fittings and accessories so as to produce 1- 1.5 m/sec air velocity at floor level for door opening size of 46" X 90" complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20A, 'C' curve, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the size of 2x6.0 sqmm + 1x6.0 sqmm earth wire FRLSH PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor, single core cable ISI marked in and including PVC casing/caping & accessories on surface/recessed as required complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES :- (a) Two runs of cable with one run of earth wire and one run of PVC Casing capping shall be measured as one length. (b) Cable required for connection to DBs shall be deemed to be included and shall not be measured separately.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type wall mounted & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 4 KVA including time delay control, Voltmeter, indication lamps etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
